“It was very nice and peaceful, the river right now in the backyard did a little bit of fishing, the only thing that could make it better is maybe some cable or Wi-Fi”

“We had a nice experience staying here. Don was very kind and friendly.. he supplied all the amenities you’d be looking for except for TV and Wi-Fi. The cabin was very well maintained and clean. He had a stack of firewood with fire starters If you want to have a fire, there was a grill available upon request. It’s only 10 minutes from Baldwin. It’s a great jump off point for going to places like Leland Traverse City. We took a day and drove up M22 . We enjoyed exploring Michigan. I would rent it……

“This worked out great for 3 days of work in the area. Highly recommend. You couldn’t be any closer to the river… literally 6 feet out the door at the edge of the awesome covered patio. Wish I could have fished more but unfortunately had to work most of the day. Did catch a monster pike the last morning before leaving right out the door. Excellent stay, hosts were great. ”

“We had a great time. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, hang out, and every game imaginable was available. Great back deck and a yard that's great for throwing a ball or a frisbee or anything else. Little beach space perfect for younger children and the kayaking on the lakes is great. Easy to get to and grocery nearby makes cooking for the group easy. Would recommend. ”

It was incredibly convenient to hop in the Can-Am and head straight to the Little Manistee. Our hosts were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. “This is a charming and very clean unit. It worked out perfect for us for a one night stay while attending a funeral in nearby Hart. The communication was good, the unit was easy to find. The unit is right in the downtown area although there is not much to do in Hesperia. There is a grocery store right across the street. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. ”
