Nestled in the quiet Crescent Ridge neighborhood, Crescent 117 offers a peaceful mountainside escape just 3 minutes from ski access 🎿. From the cul-de-sac location, you can click into your skis and glide down to the Eagle, First Time, and Three Kings lifts. Walk in the other direction and you’ll reach the free Park City shuttle 🚌, connecting you to Historic Main Street’s dining, shops, nightlife, Sundance venues, and Deer Valley. Snow permitting, you can also walk to the Silver Star Lift and Silver Star Café for après ski, live music, or a casual meal.

Location Location Location

This was our second year staying at this condo. The location to ski lift is great. Ski in/ Ski out. The condo is spacious, cozy, quiet, clean. Has a well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms are a nice size with each its own bathroom. Nicely furnished. Owners are fantastic to deal with. Already booked it for 2026!

Attention Needed

Comfortable condo accessible to main base and silver star. A number of minor issues that need to be addressed. Hot water is very slow, main TV has issues, tea kettle and soap dispensers not clean, mattresses and pillows worn out/cheap. Host left trial size shampoos for an 8 day stay, no coffee. Individually not big items but collectively these make the place average at best. The area is nice but I would avoid the rental agency for this listing and look for alternatives.

A large 2 bedroom condo close to Park City mountain. Spacious with all the amenities. Hot tub was a nice addition. The unit is located on the top of the complex so expect some stairs. They could use a bed upgrade. Overall a nice condo.

Convenient geographical location. Well eqipped kitchen. Convenient hot tub. Responsive property managers. Washer/dryer in unit. Lots of steps from garage to unit. Bedroom TV doesn't work. Kitchen could use a set of glass bowels; the plastic ones don't warm up food well in the microwave.

COZY, PRIVATE CONDO CLOSE TO SKI LIFT!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful RELAXING week of snowboarding and skiing in Park city! Your condo was perfect for our fit family (the stairs would be a little difficult for elderly or bad knee folks!) we arrived late, and it was a little dark for us to find the condo initially, but we did! We loved the space, and the beautiful viewS from the kitchen, dining room, and great room! We gathered around the TV and watch holiday, movies, and sports when we were there, and enjoyed the challenge of the park city puzzle! We definitely will come back again! Thank you for your hospitality and flexibility on adding on an additional night. We got home safely, but with two delays , leaving Salt Lake City and arriving in Detroit Michigan. We actually got home to our house at five in the morning.!! But in time to get up and enjoy our holidays with our family🎄

Beautiful Home and Location

Very modern townhome in a beautiful location. Walk 5 min to the base of the mountain or drive over and park in one of the free lots. Owners are super easy to work with and check in/out was easy. Hot tub is AWESOME!!!

A wonderful family vacation in a cozy house

We loved spending our holidays in this cozy house with a spectacular view. It is very well equipped and super clean. The perfect location!. You are a walking distance to the lift. Amy the best host!, always with a quick answer for us at any moment. We enjoyed so much! We hope we can go back again.

Perfect Condo for a Family of Four

The condo is beautiful. It is beautifully decorated, warm and inviting and provides more privacy between the kids' room and the parents' room than most ski condos we have been in. I spent one day just reading by the fire and it was amazing. Hot tub is great. We had a minor issue with the washer but the management company was extremely responsive and had a solution very quickly. One tip: bring your snowshoes. There is a series of hiking trails right above the condo area. We spent a day exploring up there. You can also walk, snowshoe, ski those trails behind the condo to a lift with a great restaurant....but the walk back up will be some exercise. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Perfect for a family of 5

House is well stocked and very comfortable for making meals and relaxing. Loved the privacy of the house, backed up to the woods and private hot tub. Kids enjoyed playing in the back woods as well. A climb from the garage but worth it for the privacy on the back lot. Enjoyed the close proximity to the ski lifts. Keeping this property on our list if and/when we return to Park City.

Comfortable and Charming Ski Getaway

Property is as it appeared in the pictures (minor misunderstanding likely on my part that the master suite was a queen not king bed). Decor was comfortable and charming while not being too over the top mountain like you see in other places. Felt like a home. Private hot tub was great to have as was the gas fireplace. Beds were very comfortable and linens were top notch, i am considering buying the brand of towels for my own home! Well appointed kitchen. Lots of games and movies to choose from. Be advised there are 51 steps from the street to the front door but doable. You can walk to ski down to the lift in less than 5 minutes but we could not ski back in. A bit of a walk back up the run to walk to the condo. Bus service to main street was easy once we figured out which route would bring us back home. I recommend this rental to anyone who likes a comfortable and clean, homey condo that is close to the ski area.
