Nice, well-equipped unit, 60ft from the free bus stop, or a 10-minute walk (in ski boots) to the lifts. Ground floor was easy in out, underground parking a huge plus!

We really enjoyed our time in PC even though the weather didn’t cooperate (needed some snow)! The unit was in a great location and had everything we wanted and needed for a great stay. Easy peasy checking in and out and appreciated the underground garage. Maybe next time there will be more snow!

Great place and great location

Unit was very nice with an updated feel. So close and convenient to everything. Liked easy access to swimming pool. Having a washer/dryer in unit was nice. Beds were comfortable and communication with management company was fluid and easy.

Our stay was overall great. We did have an uninvited guest and a few other concerns, but the property management group handled them all quickly and efficiently!

Great amenities!

Just a short walk from the slopes, with a fireplace and heated pool to enjoy after a day of skiing. The property manager ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. We inquired about a few kitchen items, and they even provided a casserole dish upon request! We had a great week and will definitely be back.

All Seasons condo, Park City

I highly recommend this condo. It was comfortable, clean, and had good-sized rooms. It is very well located (a 5min walk to the main PC lifts) and near shopping (e.g., a 7-11, a supermarket, and a state liquor store). It's about a 20min walk or a quick Uber ride to downtown PC. The condo had some nice touches as well, e.g., two humidifiers, which made sleeping more comfortable. The managers were very responsive and helpful when we reached out to them about a small issue, which they resolved to our satisfaction.

Nice and convenient

Such a convenient location; close to everything. We rented over July 4th and all the activities were in walking distance. Condo is nice, comfortable and had all things needed. Loved having the washer/dryer. Check-in and check-out process was easy.

Great location

Overall it was what I expected and maybe a little more. The drawers in the bathrooms and kitchen needed to be cleaned along with a better job on the carpet. The washer had some mold from probably door being closed with moisture still in the machine. Needed a few other amenities like more toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap. Other than that the location is perfect. Bus stop is a few steps away to anywhere in town and 2 minutes to mountain base. Walking distance to some shops and grocery store.

Convenient

Location was good. Bus stop right out front to take you anywhere you want to go. Pool steps from the door. Park City itself was a let down. Very busy, lots of traffic, impossible to get into restaurants unless you get reservations BEFORE you arrive. Mountains are extremely busy and dangerous. I would consider other mountains to ski over Park City and Deer Valley in Utah as a result.

Park City stay

Property is old and needs updating. Stained carpeting, missing handles on drawers, dirty throw rugs, no ice maker and only one ice tray in freezer, melted picture frame over fireplace all give the impression that the property manager is not trying hard to make this condo real inviting to return customers. This condo is in a great location but needs some work.

Great location and access!

Great location, easy access to everything! Right near the Park City Resort parking lot. Two large bedrooms with large bathrooms. Washer and dryer were great assets, ski locker as well. Key code for access to property, garage, and front door. First floor was convenient: condo was right near the front lobby, and next to the heated pool. We skied four days - rode the free bus from out front 3 minutes to the resort center and walked back 5 minutes from the closest lift at the end of the day (carried sneakers in a backpack). Bus stop in front allowed quick access to downtown as well, easily timed with the bus app. (Note: due to being on a somewhat busy street, bus does not stop at the complex on the return trip from the resort but nearby - it was the same distance from the closest lift as the nearest return bus stop.) For skiers new to Park City (we were): there is no resort lodge space to stash your bag in a rack, along the wall, etc. like some other resorts - you need to pay for daily bag storage. Many skiers hop the bus in their full gear, boots and all. Would definitely stay here again - practically a slope-side condo.

Great condo in Park City

Great 1 bedroom condo, nicely appointed, great location. Nice pool, loved the multiple hot tubs! Parking onsite. Free public bus to Main Street. Located right on the slopes! We were there in late summer for biking and hiking. No crowds at all, weather was beautiful!
