Nice property but bad management

The house was very well suited to our gang of eight. It was clean. However, when we arrived we found a side support for one of the bunk beds was broken and put back to look intact. The same for a door on the armoire in the master bedroom. There were not enough glasses but plates and silverware were fine. There were lightbulbs out in the master bedroom and bath. The main issue however was a BROKEN DISHWASHER. They sent a serviceman out the day after we called who assured us it would be replaced very soon. Repeated calls got us nowhere. It hadn't been touched when we checked out. They then insulted us by offering $50 a night for the inconvenience. I expected more from Vacasa.

Update needed

Once we moved in and after first seeing the house that looked good, one after the other small issues like dishwasher broken out of place and other stuff not working, it’s dated and needs repair and updating. Heat downstairs a problem. Very cold in lower bedroom.

Fantastic Stay!

This location was absolutely perfect, close to all local attractions and easy to find. The house had everything we could need, was in a very quiet neighborhood, and was extremely clean. We'll definitely stay again when we're back in Park City!

Perfect Getaway House

This place was nice with 3 couples and 4 kids. The king beds and bunk beds made our stay peaceful. We loved what Bear Hollow had to offer gym, pool, basketball, and grills. This house had the basics to help make our stay memorable.

Amazing home!

The only thing we had a problem with is that the microwave didn’t work for us at all. We messed with it for about 30 minutes but it just never would work for us. Other than that the home was amazing & in the perfect location. Check in and checkout were a smooth process!

Nice property close to Park City ski areas

Overall, a very pleasant rental experience. The condition of the property was excellent and we enjoyed our stay. There were a few comments: (1) The basement bedroom is essentially unheated (ceiling vents only) and desperately needs a space heater. One of our party FROZE and I'll be asking VRBO/Vacasa for some consideration. (2) We couldn't get the TV in the Master BR to work - instructions are needed. (3) Kitchen utensils are OK but lack some common items: potato peeler, wine glasses [there were 2 & we added 3] (4) Shower water temperature OK but pressure was enh. A multi-function showerhead would be an improvement.

House was perfect and accommodated our family very nicely......however, hot tub did not work!

I rented this home last summer because it had a hot tub. There were other options in this complex but the hot tub was why we rented this unit. Upon arriving we found out that the hot tub was broken and despite two visits by a technician, the first after we had been there for two nights, but the hot tub could not be fixed. It our feeling that the hot tub should have been checked out for problems before our visit and either fixed or replaced as this is the beginning of the ski season. It was bitterly disappointing to our family that included six children not to have a hot tub. Especially as most of the neighbors had working hot tubs and we could hear them enjoying the hot water after a long day of skiing. We did go to the Bear Hollow hot tub one evening but that was disappointing too as the water was "warm," not hot so we never went back. If it were not for this issue I would give this property a very high recommendation as the house was lovely. Surprised the owners did not make sure that their managing company did not stay on top of this detail as their listing says "Contemporary townhouse w/private hot tub & pool access!" That captured my attention and as this was a special trip for my entire family and we rented two units in Bear Hollow it was beyond disappointing for us not to have a hot tub. I would go so far to say that the phrase at the top of this VRBO property listing was false advertising as this someone should have known about the hot tub and had it fixed or replaced before our arrival. Obviously, I also paid more to rent a unit with a hot tub so I feel that there should be some credit given to me for this situation.

It was good

it was super cool! The only thing I could say was the wofi was not that strong and keept disconnecting. The furniture was loose and there was some dirty silver ware , the hot tub was not working and kept turning off. But other than that thank you was amazing stay.

Not the best we have stayed at

The home was as described in the ad, However it wasn't the cleanest place we have stayed before and lacked the "home" feel. The decor was very limited and it felt more like a hotel than a home. The kitchen was lacking in appliances and cooking items to really be of much use other than a basic meal. This place sleeps over 10 people, the lack of cooking items makes it difficult to prepare meals for a large group.

Great house for a girls weekend

We had a girls weekend here with 10 of us total. It was just the right size, not too large and not too small. The kitchen table was large enough to fit all of us, we just moved over a few extra chairs from the living room. The kitchen was big and nice and had just about everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, especially the master bedroom upstairs. The downstairs King Room was nice but the bed was a little hard, but not too bad. 1 guest said they wished the towels were a little nicer but other than that it was a great house. We had so much fun hanging out at this house. It's really close to the outlets and just a couple miles from downtown Park City, so the location is great. It was easy to find as well. It's really close to the neighbors but that wasn't a problem for us, but if you are going to be loud or rowdy then that could be a problem. Overall, we would totally rent this house again for our annual girls weekend. Thanks you for making check-in and check-out so easy as well. Thanks!

Nice, just needs a few things

Had a great time here with 9 of my girl friends. The place is clean and spacious, at a great location. Our only complants were that there isn't enough comfortable seating. The beds sleep 10 people yet there are only enough couch and chair seats for 7. Some of us always got stuck on a hard kitchen chair or the floor. And the kitchen is not as well stocked as the check-in email let on. There weren't even enough drinking glasses and the few mugs they had were coffee stained. Some of us drank out of measuring cups! They need to add more kitchen essentials for sure. But if you bring a couple camp chairs and some paper cups, you'll have a great stay!
