Great property! Awesome location!
The condo was awesome. Very quaint, and perfect for my family of 6. All of us had enough space so we didn't have to sleep on top of each other in pull out beds. It was very clean, and comfortable. I wish all Vrbo's were this awesome.

Great location
This unit is skiing ski out. The perfect location for skiing. It’s also very close to the outdoor soaking pool/hot tub and it’s not a far walk from downtown Park City or even cross country skiing if you are interested in that. I would definitely recommend staying here. The host was very responsive.

We enjoyed the location and the amenities of the place. Eagle lift was right outside the back side of the complex. Easy to get on and off the slopes. The place was plenty of space for our group. Steve was responsive when we had questions. I recommend the location.

We were very pleased with our stay and definitely appreciated the convenience of being able to walk a short distance, put on our skis, and ski down to the “First Time” lift to start our day. Communication with the property owner was great too. We would definitely recommend this rental!

When I contacted Steve, the host, about a few minor issues he was very quick to respond and take care of them. The location is close to everything……skiing and hiking right out the door. Maintenance of the condo complex is excellent.

Spring break ski trip
Overall this was a great property that surpassed my expectations from the listing. Our party was myself and wife, two teens, my brother and his 7 year old son. We all fit comfortably with enough beds. The loft was perfect for all the kids. Unit location is very good, about a 50 yard hike with gear to/from skiing surface. The locker on first floor was nice to stow skis and poles. We loved the large hot tub right below the unit, and it was kept right about 102F, plenty hot and great for warming up and relaxing those muscles after all day on the mountain. Covered parking was great too. Kitchen was adequate for cooking in, which we did a lot of. Could use some updated cooking utensils and a few more dining bowls and glasses but we got by. We liked the fireplace until the pilot light went out, which was problematic as it's the main heat source. I did manage to get it relit myself when it became apparent the handy man wasn't going to get to us the same day, but it went out again before we left. The wall heater units in the bedrooms kept it from getting too cold, but were temperamental. Mostly they just weren't obvious how to operate, I would have liked an instruction page on those. The wifi also kept going out, which didn't bug me, but I sure heard about it from the kids (and wife.) The unit was clean, except for the grill which had been missed by the cleaning crew despite previous tenants following owner's instructions (leaving grill cover off after use). We did have to buy dish soap to do the dishes, and more paper products after the initial supply. In summary, this unit is great for 2-7 people, the minor issues were no big deal, and I would seek out this listing again the next time we return to Park City.

Wonderful Rental
We absolutely loved our stay - the condo is updated with modern furnishings and had everything we needed. The condo is very convenient to lift and having the ski locker room on the first floor was nice. The owner was quick to respond when we had a question and was very helpful. Our teenage kids have already asked if we can stay here next time:) thank you!

This ski in/out condo was very nice for our short visit to Park City. The check in/out procedure was by far one of the easiest and most seamless we have experienced, which is always a great way to start a vacation, and the WiFi was spot on. Steve was easy to work with and responded quickly when we needed him. We are a family of 4 (2 older teens, 2 adults) and the space was fine for us. Any more than 4 adult sized people and it might be a bit tight. Pictures do the condo justice - fun decor, comfy beds, extra blankets (it was cold the week we were there), fun games in the cabinet, organized kitchen for our minimal cooking needs, close to the slopes, ski locker - in short, everything you would need for your ski trip. We’re of that age when a printed booklet with some information regarding the free shuttle, local grocery stores, restaurants, guidance on how to use the heated bathroom floors, and program the wall heaters might have been helpful, but we eventually got what we needed via online research. Cleaning crew could use some pointers, but it was nothing that required us to speak up, and I’m picky by nature. As a caveat - this was a last minute add-on trip, so we had not done any research on the area prior to arrival, and I had not gotten into my Instacart account in time for our arrival, but, I also love paper information stuff. We did not use the laundry area / it requires several dollars worth of coin with no change machine in the room, so do be prepared in you plan to. We would stay again and recommend it.

We were very disappointed upon our arrival when the condo was not ready/clean. we waited and the owner was great about getting them there, we missed our dinner reservations due to this. the bedding was used from previous renters, the master toilet seat broken, lights in kitchen did not work, garbage disposal was filled with previous garbage and was not operation and smelled, the mattress pads were used and stained from previous renters.

We always appreciate the feedback from our guests, both the 5-Star reviews, and even the honest feedback from those who like to help us get better. We rarely offer added comment, as we look for each review as a chance to learn and appreciate the view from all our guests. This time, we feel we maybe need to offer a little insight that maybe our guest left out....renters arrived 4 hours BRFORE our check in time even though we shared with them the week before that our checkin time is 4pm, it was a same day changeover of guests, and the first day after the end of the holiday season....we would not be able to offer any early arrival. I don't know if they ignored our guidelines, or just assumed they could just "try" but by 1pm on check in day they were already calling saying the unit was not cleaned, and they were going to "wait" on on cleaners. They called several times again before cleaners arrived inside their normal 10-4 cleaning window, but even then guests were frustrated, said past guests had soiled the bedding, and even starting making claims for compensation. I felt bad they had planned an early arrival, it messed up "their plans" and when cleaners did not wrap up by exactly by 4pm they felt we had ruined their whole trip, even before they were even supposed to be there ! Then "hanging out" during the cleaners window, they only added to the issue as cleaners then feel rushed, pushed, etc. I hope all guests will help us make their trips "magical" by allowing the cleaners the window they need, without others "hanging out" around them. It will make everyone's day a better day :) The bedding is actually taken off-site, and a changeover set brought each time. Yes, we do get "used and stained laundry" from every guest, we just need to give the cleaners the time till 4pm to address each time. I am sorry the garbage disposal did not smell right, in our several conversations this concern was never shared, and maybe it was during the time from 1-4 pm prior to cleaners actually arriving and cleaning like all the other concerns. We did discover based on guests feedback that the one set of lights over the island were out, and we reset the breaker that had popped.

Few items need repair including draw string on blinds in mater bedroom, and towel bar in main floor bathroom. Also some trash under the bed in the main floor bedroom. No air conditioner, but with the open windows good breeze kept it comfortable. Nice grill on the deck. close to pool with ability to watch kids from the dinning room window. Very quiet except for the person blowing leaves EARLY and LOUDLY in the mornings 4 of the 8 days we were there. Comfortable beds and enough room for 5 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen had al the amenities we needed for u stay.

We had 6 adults and were comfortable because the 4 girls did not mind sharing a bed. If you require separate beds this sleeps 5. The condo is a great location and very clean! Steve is very helpful. Always responds quickly. There is an elevator and the condo is located close to all the amenities like the ski locker, garage and laundry. Definitely will come back.

We just completed a week stay in this unit during ski season never having been to Park City before. Steve was wonderful to work with and has obviously invested much in his properties. this unit was no exception as we found it modern, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. So much so, that we thought we would be eating out most dinners and in fact we didn't! to come home from a day of playing and enjoy having dinner in was super relaxing and much needed. I enthusiastically recommend this unit and its owner!

The location is great, ski in ski out, close to Fresh Market grocery store, restaurants, etc. In the description it said there was a queen bed in one bedroom, it is a double bed. Also only four chairs for dining table, we expected more. The heated swimming pool didn’t work one day. Upstairs beds have little privacy. Have to keep curtains closed because anyone in the pool can look right up at the loft area so ok for smaller kids but not great for teens or older. Codes to ski locker and spa were old so took a little while to figure everything out. Was not as clean as expected. Some dishes where dirty and some places were a bit dusty. I checked under the beds for forgotten items as I was packing and there were old water bottles, a dirty sock, lots of dust bunnies… Parking great. Overall, I would rent it again.

Fabulous Summer in Park City
We just got home from our 7 week stay over the summer at Steve's property. What an experience! When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the property. We have four kids aged 7-11 and it was quite comforable. My wife and I stayed in the master, 3 kids were upstairs in the loft, and one more in the 2nd bedroom. The temperature upstairs was a bit warm on very hot days, but we got a couple of extra fans and the ceiling fan helped, so it was comfortable for the kids. The finishes were high-quality and the layout was comfortable for 6 of us moving around. The location was excellent in that we could walk to dinner on Main Street or take our bikes out the back door on the extensive trail system (which we LOVED). We also enjoyed the two pools in the condo complex, as well as the workout room. Steve was responsive and great to work with. I definitely recommend this property. Park City is known for skiing, but it's also an awesome spot to spend the summer.

Fabulous location!
My friend in Park City recommended this location...and I found the unit. GREAT ski in ski out, ski lockers were a bonus. Owner was a great communicator as I was a bit worried planning our first trip to PC..but promptly answered all my ?s . Husband and I, two adult children and one of their spouses. Only thing that could have been improved upon was more towels ;) One per person (we were there 3 nights)...I didn't ask...I'm sure he would have taken care...like I said very responsive.

Perfect quiet retreat
My family and I recently spent a week at this lovely property. My family and I have been coming to Park City since I was a small girl, In doing so, we have stayed at numerous condos, hotels, and homes during our funsummer getaways. We especially enjoy the Snow Flower properties! This location is wonderful, especially if you like quiet, secluded surroundings. The condo is well stocked, very cozy yet modern. The spa pool was unavailable due to renovations, but we were able to use the lower pool and hot tub. Mmm y granddaughter enjoyed the loft bedroom. It became her littlw hideaway!! Thank you for letting us use this perfect rental! We loved it!

Everything was as described. The owner, Steve, was very helpful and accommodating, he went above and beyond! Condo was perfect for our family of 5. The location is amazing. The pots and pans could be replaced but kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very, very comfortable!! Spare pillows in closet could use pillow cases. But we were very happy with the bed comfort and linens on beds! Will stay here again for sure! Thanks Steve for all of your help during our stay. It was a crazy week.

This was a perfect location for taking kids to Park City Mountain. After you take the “First Time” lift, which is a 30 foot sidewalk carry to the run, the ski school is at the bottom of the run. My only comment is there needs to be a better dish scrub and towels in the kitchen. The property was updated and spacious for two adults and three kids. The ski locker was convenient to store all five sets of skis and boots. The spa was viewed from the kitchen window. We stayed Christmas through New Years, it was a perfect family vacation.

Bests: Heated bathroom floors! Fireplace with fan. Fully outfitted kitchen (with spices) Digital Keypad - no lost keys! Access to slopes - short walk. Set custom temperature in each room. Owner was exceptionally responsive. Access to bus is about a 5 minute walk. Direct route to large grocery store (Fresh Market) and old town Main Street. No need for a car. Uber/Lyft widely available in town, to, and from airport. There were a few items in the condo bathroom and bedroom that need maintenance. A few items should be refreshed - otherwise, this is a 5-star condo! Park City Mountain Resort and Canyon were excellent, though we preferred the Park City Mountain - so this is the place to stay!

Great location responsive owner.
This Condo is very close to the First Run/3 Kings and Eagle lifts. It’s also close enough to the main lodge for a comfortable walk to buy lift tickets, rent skis or whatever. We had one issue with the hot water heater and Steve responded immediately and we got it sorted out right away. I would definitely consider this condo again for a Park City ski vacation.

Great Condo, Great Location
Our family and friend group of 5 stayed for spring break. This condo development is very nice and very well located. The ski locker room is nice. The hot tub area is very nice, and just below the unit (visible from the unit). The unit is an easy, short walk to slope side and easy access to ski lifts or the PCMR base. Close to Main Street and grocery store, restaurants, etc. The condo is tastefully decorated and well appointed. The owner has upgraded several items, making this a luxury condominium. The owner was also very accessible by phone or text for clarification questions. Our family would easily make the decision to stay here again.

Beautiful Condo! Great Location!
This condo was perfect for our family of 4! It has really comfortable furniture (with couches that recline), and an awesome layout. We loved the modern decor. We easily skied in for lunch and used the locker to keep our skis, poles, etc. Our only complaint is that the cleaning service did not do a great job. They missed a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower head, an empty chip bag under a bed, crumbs in the carpet, and forgot to replace the Kleenex boxes. I reached out to the owner, Steve, and he apologized and said he would speak to the cleaners. He also came to bring Kleenex and more pillows as requested! We would definitely recommend the place and hope to return!
