Great location, just a short walk to Main Street and Park City Mountain's Town Lift with easy access to skiing, shopping, dining and nightlife, this comfy condo sleeps up to 8 guests. Hop on the free town shuttle to access Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and all Park City's attractions.

The main bedroom is recently updated and includes a king bed and 27" cable TV, plus a private bathroom with jetted tub and double vanity. One guest bedroom features a queen bed and full private bathroom. The other bedroom has two twin beds that convert to a king with advanced notice, and there is a full bathroom accessed from the hallway. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room provides extra sleeping spaces.

The living room features a 35" cable TV with DVD, a gas-burning fireplace, CD/stereo, ample comfortable seating and balcony access. The full kitchen and dining area are fresh and new, with a dining table for 6 plus 3 counter stools. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, the private year round hot tub and garage parking with elevator access. Moderate Plus rating.

Great condo but check-in and communication lacking

We have stayed at many Vrbos and the communication and check-in process from this property manager was much to be desired. We were supposed to be able to check-in at 4pm. We arrived with all of our gear and the code given did not work. We called the property manager and they could not reset it remotely. Finally the property manager sent a maintenance person but they couldn’t arrive until 10pm. This is in February, when it’s freezing cold outside. There was not much of an apology, our kids (and ourselves) were exhausted by the time we finally got into the unit. The maintenance person said he would be back in the morning to reset the door code - he didn’t arrive until after we needed to head out to the mountain. My daughter forgot her ski helmet in the unit and when we went back to grab it, we were again locked out. When we arrived back at the unit in the late afternoon after skiing, we arrived and our unit was unlocked with all of our valuables inside. I called the property manager again and they apologized but they still could not figure out the door code issue. The PM not once reached out to us to keep us informed about the situation, did not offer us a discount on the current or future stay, nothing. The unit itself was great, and if the door code had worked, or if the customer experience with the PM would have been better, this would be a full 5-star review.

The review above applies to unit B303, to which we were transferred after finding out that the original unit we reserved (pictured in photo) did not have air conditioning. Unit B303 was terrific, and Trudy at Park City Lodging, who accommodated our pre-arrival request for a change, was fantastic. We love this condo complex -- so convenient to Main Street, etc. and this visit did not disappoint.

Amazing Location + Best Customer Service

Amazing Location - walkable to all the major attractions on Main Street and the slopes! There is the potential to ski in at the end of the day and ride the town lift out the Mountain as well, which was very cool. I have never had such great customer service for an VRBO. Stay here!
