Great Boy's Ski Trip Spot

Very clean and functional property with everything you need on a ski trip.. The heated garage was on point with many nice amenities to dry your boots and hang up you gear.... hot tub was outstanding!

Excellent for our group.

This was an excellent place for our annual ski trip with a group of friends. Accommodations were excelllent, one of the best organized and well stocked rentals we’ve stayed at. A short walk to the Cabriolet or short shuttle ride made it even better. Would definitely stay again.

Family weekend in Park city

Great townhome. House was clean, well furnished and decorated. We had a great weekend and loved the townhome with 2 exceptions 1. You are right next to the pool. I can’t emphasize this enough. The lights are bright and shine in the living room and bedrooms all night. Also, the pool is pretty loud. Swimmers were out by 10:30, but it’s loud until then. Your private hot tub is next to the pool. No privacy. 2. Tvs only have basic cable. I thought it was kind of cheap they don’t have ESPN or anything aside from the 20ish basic channels. Other than that, great place.

Great location for families

We really enjoyed our stay at 3708 Blackstone drive. We had two families, four adults and five kids. The location is right next to the pool which was great for our kids ages 8-12. The unit was very clean and had everything you needed for a family ski trip. The heated garage was great for laying out all of the skis, hanging wet gear and the dryer was great for gloves. The only downside was the size of two of the bedrooms. The triple bunk room is very snug. There is a closet but we ended up keeping all the kids suitcases in the heated garage since there was not enough space in the room. Same with the queen size bedroom. This wasn’t a deal breaker, but something to be aware of. The kitchen dining area was big enough for all 9 of us to dine together. The unit is a short walk from the bottom of the Red Pine Gondola. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.
