Good Stop in off season
This "ski chalet" condo complex was fun to visit in off season, when prices are reasonable. Room was nice, but had some maintenance issues including a hole in the wall where someone slammed the door handle thru the drywall. It's a bit isolated but an easy drive back into Park City.

Perfect Stay !
This was such a welcome surprise. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. It was cleaned immaculately and the view of the mountains was great. The daily rate was hundreds of dollars less then other rooms in Park City

Everything was great but I am embarrassed about the fact when I got there I was very tired and the fact it took me over 7 hours to go 300 miles due to traffic and rain and I was rude to the girl working the counter over the fact I did not know there was a 20.00 cost to park times 2 days and I did not know this she handled it like a professional .I did say how sorry I was turns out it is my fault and it did say on expedias web site Please let her know this but if you are looking for a great place this is for you again a great job

We had a great experience. Well kept clean rooms with a view balcony. Very close to the lift rides and dinings areas in Canyon Village area. The staff was very helpful.

It was nice but...
The hotel is a little older but that was part of the charm. The full kitchen was well appointed and all of the appliances seem brand new. The location could not be beat. But, while we were there, the pool was not open and it was over 100 degrees in SLC and in the mid 80's in Park City. Then the AC went out for the entire property overnight with rooms reaching 80+ degrees. If it weren't for the unusable pool and broken AC I would have given this property all of the highest ratings. They were very apologetic but offered no options for swimming at a sister property even though we asked if we could.

Staff are not friendly, parking is an absolute joke - plus they make you pay separately for it. Buildings are confusing, staff are just as confused. Room is so so at best

Beautiful property. Clean facilities. Spacious room. Getting from the parking garage to the elevator was a nightmare and we ended up walking through an office somehow. Also the tv/room internet didn’t work to connect to the tv. Called down to front desk for help and was told it was supposedly throughout the hotel, and wouldn’t help me anymore. I was able to log into the hotel internet just not the room one that allowed you to stream from your device.

Customer service from the front desk was condescending and unhelpful. Our room had no A/C on a 85 F day. We reserved a room with a king bed but we got a queen. When we asked about accommodations that had what we reserved 2 weeks in advanced, we were told they had nothing available. Room cleanliness was unsatisfactory. We found trash and food debris from previous occupants. The valet and shuttle drivers were awesome! Very helpful in getting around and giving us tips.

Doesn't show $20 nightly parking fee when booking. Hotel was nice, customer service was not. Stayed one night and they doubled charged for parking. I called and lady said shed credit it back but was too busy to deal with it right now. We'll see.
