This renovated condominium features one queen bed in the first bedroom, one queen bed in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the third bedroom and one queen sofa-sleeper in the living area as well as two full baths. It features a fully-equipped kitchen, living area with wood burning fireplace and balcony.

Common area amenities include an outdoor pool (seasonal), hot tub and on-site parking.

The Park Station is located just below the roundabout at the bottom of historic Main Street Park City. It is just steps away from the Town Chair Lift, Town Bridge and all of the shops, restaurants and nightlife available in Park City.

Convenient, clean & cozy

Exactly as described. Helpful host and caretaker. All appliances working, clean and the place is very well located near Main St, bus transport, ski lift (local), restaurants and bars. Super nice.

Great ski vacation!

Overall, my family was very happy with our stay. The condo unit was very comfortable and met all our needs. While we ate out a few nights at the local restaurants (which are within walking distance), the kitchen was adequately supplied with all the plates, utensils, pots and pans to enable us to stay in and cook a few meals. The supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away to stock up on supplies. The best part of our stay is that the lift is just a 5-minute walk, so no need to drive to the mountain each day or wait for shuttle buses. After a long day of skiing, the large outdoor hot tub was a lot of fun and a great way to meet other guests. We would definitely come back to this unit again, and recommend it to others to stay here!

Perfect spot for ski/town

We had a perfect stay and experience in Park City and at this condo. Brand new bathrooms, comfy beds, plush towels and full kitchen so we could cook in when we wanted. Walked to lift to ski, walked into town for errands and food. Added bonus and so helpful: the owner was very accommodating with our arrival plans and we appreciated the great communication. Thank you!! We would book this condo/location again!

Condo was exactly what we wanted

Condo was #1 Clean, roomy and comfortable, #2 very close to Town Lift and bus route so didn't waste any time getting to the slopes, and #3 very easy walk to food and drinks in old town. Staff was very responsive to our questions and other tenants in the building we also very friendly and helpful. Also, the parking lot off of Park Avenue made it easy to meet Uber rides without being obtrusive. Stove was new and other appliances worked well so we were able to cook as many meals in the condo as we wanted. Very functional unit; minimal décor to fuss with.

Perfect Location

The property was as described and worked well for our group of 6 adults (3 couples). The location to the Town Lift and Main street can't be beat. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely appointed with everything we needed. My only complaint if I had one was that the pillows on the bed were very flat and seemed old. All in all, excellent value and very happy with the booking.

Great location, walk to town lift and food!

Hilary was super helpful and was a great resource for us. We loved the location at the base of Main Street and walked to food, shopping and the town lift. No need for a car unless you go to other ski areas. Good spot and would definitely return.

Awesome Location

One of the best locations in Park City...less than 5 minute walk to the Town Lift, right at the bottom of Main St. and all of the great bars and restaurants. You definitely do not need a car if you stay here! Unit was clean and had plenty of room for the 5 of us.
