As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting living space complete with a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for those chilly mountain evenings. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living area to a fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances like an air fryer, coffee maker, toaster, and more. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table that seats six, or take your meals outside to the BBQ area for an al fresco dining experience.

The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a plush queen bed. The loft bedroom features a unique full-over-queen bunk bed, making it an ideal space for kids or additional guests. Each room is equipped with Smart TVs and Xfinity fast, reliable Wi-Fi, ensuring entertainment is always at your fingertips.

Step outside to explore the community amenities that elevate your stay. Take a dip in the pool during the summer, or unwind in the year-round hot tub. Stay active with access to the fitness center and tennis courts, all located within the community clubhouse.

The condo is designed with convenience in mind. Central air conditioning ensures a comfortable indoor climate, while a brand-new washer and dryer make laundry a breeze. The home has one reserved, covered parking space. There's also one parking pass for an additional vehicle in the first-come first-served parking. NO RV, boat, trailer or oversized vehicle (including sprinter vans) parking is permitted. A water softener and hair dryer add to the list of thoughtful amenities provided for your stay.

Powderwood Pines is dog-friendly, accommodating one small dog due to HOA rules. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.

Pet Fees:
Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.

Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to our guest portal and digital guest book, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.

We want to ensure you have all the information you need for a fantastic stay! Some amenities are exclusive to your home, while others are part of the community or available in the Park City area. If you have any questions or need clarification, please don't hesitate to ask us!

Location is everything, and our condo does not disappoint. Situated close to outlets, Whole Foods, Canyons/Park City Mountain Resort, and Kimball Junction, you'll have easy access to shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. The condo is also on the free bus route, making it easy to explore the area without the need for a car.
