Check out the fabulous travertine bathrooms, slate floors, granite countertops, gas fireplace, outdoor deck and fully remodeled kitchen. We remodeled this unit to be both functional and homey because we also like to enjoy our home away from home!
Our newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a beautiful, comfortable traditional coil spring king bed with attached bathroom, Memory foam king bed in the large second bedroom and an Italian leather queen pull out couch that sleeps just as comfortable as any bed.
If you are here for one of our many ski resorts or biking trails during the summer rest assured that we do have laundry in the condo!
Located on the top floor, this unit is very quiet and gives you the space to relax after a full day on the mountain. After your exciting day at the resort, walk less than 2 minutes to the Grub Steak for some amazing dinner (think best prime rib you've had plus a salad bar to die for) or less than 30 seconds to Fuego for some great pizza and pasta; the DV is my favorite!. Want to relax before you eat? Head to the main level and the newly upgraded hot tub. Maybe you just want a night in, hop on the bus to pick up some groceries (or just call for delivery), watch one of our many movies, play some cards with the family, or just enjoy each others company by the gas fireplace.
In summertime make note that while this condo has air conditioning, it really isn't all that common in Park City, but trust me, growing up in the Midwest it gets really hot up here and I like my room nice and cool at night!
This is a truly unique unit that has everything you are looking for. We sparred no expense in the remodel of the location because we do enjoy the finer things.Double convection oven, dedicated wine fridge, automatic counter top wine chiller; this unit has it all!! A slate entryway that carries into both bathrooms and a travertine master shower and second bath. For those of you with little ones we put in a brand new full size tub with twin shower heads, one which is removable and on a wand to wash the kids with.

Owners live in the area so if anything needs to be tended to or any type of assistance is need we are literally minutes away!!!
How clean is this condo? Extremely clean.
I'm the type of hotel guest that puts down towels on the floor so I don't
have to walk on the floor. I like my home spotless and sanitized.
We as home owners use this condo regularly and 9 times out of 10 we are the ones cleaning it also, because in order to get it done right you need to do it yourself!
After every guest checks out all linens and towels are replaced.
All floors are vacuumed and ANYTHING that a hand or bottom can touch gets wiped down with a Clorox wipe. Everything gets wiped down!
