Come stay in luxury while you play in Park City!

Check out the fabulous travertine bathrooms, slate floors, granite countertops, gas fireplace, outdoor deck and fully remodeled kitchen. We remodeled this unit to be both functional and homey because we also like to enjoy our home away from home!

Our newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a beautiful, comfortable traditional coil spring king bed with attached bathroom, Memory foam king bed in the large second bedroom and an Italian leather queen pull out couch that sleeps just as comfortable as any bed.

If you are here for one of our many ski resorts or biking trails during the summer rest assured that we do have laundry in the condo!

Located on the top floor, this unit is very quiet and gives you the space to relax after a full day on the mountain. After your exciting day at the resort, walk less than 2 minutes to the Grub Steak for some amazing dinner (think best prime rib you've had plus a salad bar to die for) or less than 30 seconds to Fuego for some great pizza and pasta; the DV is my favorite!. Want to relax before you eat? Head to the main level and the newly upgraded hot tub. Maybe you just want a night in, hop on the bus to pick up some groceries (or just call for delivery), watch one of our many movies, play some cards with the family, or just enjoy each others company by the gas fireplace.
In summertime make note that while this condo has air conditioning, it really isn't all that common in Park City, but trust me, growing up in the Midwest it gets really hot up here and I like my room nice and cool at night!
This is a truly unique unit that has everything you are looking for. We sparred no expense in the remodel of the location because we do enjoy the finer things.Double convection oven, dedicated wine fridge, automatic counter top wine chiller; this unit has it all!! A slate entryway that carries into both bathrooms and a travertine master shower and second bath. For those of you with little ones we put in a brand new full size tub with twin shower heads, one which is removable and on a wand to wash the kids with.
Come enjoy your stay with us and you won't be disappointed.
Owners live in the area so if anything needs to be tended to or any type of assistance is need we are literally minutes away!!!

How clean is this condo? Extremely clean.
I'm the type of hotel guest that puts down towels on the floor so I don't
have to walk on the floor. I like my home spotless and sanitized.
We as home owners use this condo regularly and 9 times out of 10 we are the ones cleaning it also, because in order to get it done right you need to do it yourself!
After every guest checks out all linens and towels are replaced.
All floors are vacuumed and ANYTHING that a hand or bottom can touch gets wiped down with a Clorox wipe. Everything gets wiped down!
Better safe than sorry.

Ryan's place was great for our ski week. We opted to be in this location rather than a "short walk" to the PCMR. There is no such thing as a "short walk" in ski boots, carrying skis. Whether you have a car (underground parking is provided) or not this location is great. The free bus ride is about 100 feet from the front door, and the bus app insures you know when to leave so you don't have to wait in the cold. It was only 10 minutes to the mountain and a few good restaurants neareby. As to Ryan's place, there were three or four pleasant surprises and extras. Plenty of towels pillows, etc. A glove warmer/dryer (which we didn't need this week but was appreciated). Most of all, after checking out and driving 50 minutes for our last day of skiing at Solitude, I realized I left something behind. Ryan managed to drop it off so I could pick it up on my way to the airport less than 5 minutes out of the way This was above and beyond. We will come back next year.

Wonderful Park City condo

This stay was great! The location is excellent, there is a bus stop right across the street to get you to the mountain - a short mile and a half ride away - and to main street Park City. Condo is very clean, both rooms have huge beds that are really comfortable. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Kitchen was stocked with waters, sodas, hot chocolate, coffee, and oatmeal - a really cool surprise! Ryan was super responsive and helpful, and check in couldn't have been easier. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Very nice home 2 while enjoying skiing and riding at Park City. Right on two bus lines to take you downtown and to the ski area. Extremely well appointed kitchen. Perfect for a couple or family. Owner/manager communicates well and is accommodating. Overall an awesome experience.

Great place in Park City!

It really is a a great place. Easy access to ski slopes. Convenient underground and above ground parking. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. The bathroom towels were so nice. The soft drinks and water was a nice touch. Grest checking/check out instructions and communications. Definitely would recommend!

Summer Getaway

We came to Park City for a summer vacation. The condo was perfect for the three of us and close to everything you could need (grocery, restaurants, fitness/sports club, bus line etc.). The kitchen has numerous amenities and is well stocked for anything. Both beds are super cush with amazing bedding. Ryan was very accommodating and an excellent host. He knows everything about the area and didn't hesitate help point out the good spots. We will definitely rent from Ryan again!

Great Location Great Condo

Well stocked, clean, easy parking, great balcony and view, just far enough away from busy downtown to be both close and quiet/relaxing. Lots of great restaurants close by. Owner was sooooo helpful in every way and always prompt in reply to our few queries. Wonderful.

We were in Park City for a wedding. Ryan was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early, due to our time constraints. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Ryan very quickly answered our questions. My only regret is that we could only stay one night! We had a great stay.

Amazing condo

We loved the well stocked kitchen. The bed that we used was super comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and well appointed. Fantastic AC. Great location that is in a safe area, close to hiking trails and restaurants that we love (Fuego's, Windy Ridge, Sammy's, Boneyard). And Ryan was a super host. We plan to return!

Better location than Newpark

Ryan was an excellent host- he truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was satisfactory. The place was cozy and clean. The kitchen had any appliance one would need and the beds were plush and decadent. Although a seemingly small thought, I also appreciated the curtains that blocked out all light. This allowed us to sleep soundly until we chose to wake! Last year in Park City my family stayed in Newpark. There were many conveniences, but it was too busy for us. We enjoyed the quietness of our stay here, and there were still PLENTY of conveniences within walking distance and short driving distances. We actually avoided a lot of traffic as well- which has a tendency to put a bummer on a vacation!

We loved staying here. Ryan was very accommodating and this home was perfect to hang out and relax for the evening. The beds were amazing, down pillows and bedding it was all so soft and the place was very clean. We would for sure stay here again. It was very nice that they offered water and soft drinks in the mini wine fridge and anything you need to cook a meal, have tea, cocoa or coffee, popcorn for movie night and even a blender to make smoothies is all available here.

The short of it: this place is very cosy and perfect for a ski vacation! Thanks to owner Ryan who made our stay in Park City awesome. I took my two sons for a ski trip in March 2019 and the place was stocked and perfect for the 3 of us. We were close to restaurants, always had nearby parking and were able to manage our ski/boarding gear with everything in-house. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast every day but went out in the evenings but I would definitely be comfortable cooking more in the kitchen if a had to. We enjoyed the local skiing as well as a couple days to the other mountain resorts (Brighton and Solitude). We won't forget our great week there and this place had a lot to do with it!

Very well appointed. The location was just across a street from the free bus to the slopes, the closest we have ever found. Ryan was very responsive to any issues that came up. Would recommend this to anyone.

Comfortable and convenient with nice extras

This condo was great for our family ski vacation. Ryan is very responsive and easy to reach. The parking spot in the garage is a nice add, especially when it’s snowing. The shuttle to Main St and Park city Mountain is just across the street. The boot warmers are also a nice touch! All the beds are comfy and it was extremely clean. It was nice to arrive and have everything we needed. Would definitely recommended!
