Property was in a great location. Close to everything. Had everything we needed. We didn't use patio, dishwasher, stove/oven and washer and dryer but is nice to have all that there if needed. Owners of property were very helpful and informative. This was our second time staying there and would love to stay again in the future.

Great house in quiet neighborhood. Many amenities like outdoor shower at driveway for washing off river sand. Close to golf course, Pirates Den, RoadRunners (when it reopens), and Foxes. 8 miles north of Parker and a short drive to Havasu.

Great River/Golf Hideaway

The property was exactly what was needed for our golf getaway. It had all the necessary amenities needed and more! Unfortunately, we did not get to utilize the patio/outdoor bar area, but the rest of the house was spacious and clean! If you are planning on playing golf nearby, you couldn't be much closer. Of course, the river being nearby was a great treat, also!I highly recommended this place for your trip to the Parker Strip!!

Your neighbors are the best, very kind. You home was clean. Butl decor is very much out dated. Single beds not comfortable.
