We strive to have our apartment clean and welcoming - our apartment has the perfect touch to make it a memorable getaway.

We are located right along Route 30 in Parkesburg which is only 5 minutes from Walmart, Chili's, McDonald's, Dunkin Donuts, Dollar Tree, Wawa & so much more. This location is perfect because no matter where you want to go in Lancaster county Route 30 (Lincoln Hwy) will most likely take you there.

The owner lives and runs his roofing business out of the house that the apartment is attached too. He is a single, Christian man who is trustworthy and will be happy to help if you have any questions during your stay.


NOTES:

**We are right along route 30 so if noise is a problem for you, this might not be the place for your vacation. (A noise maker is available for you in the apt)

**This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

**Any items left at the home can be shipped, but we require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
