This hotel is under the Novotel chain. Check in was at Novotel Parma Centro which is 300m from Parma Station. After getting the keys from there, we walked about 800m to the high-end shopping area Cavour where the Residenze Cavour is located smacked in the midst of the high-end shopping area, above Zara. It comes with a living room with 1 single bed and 1 single sofa bed, bedroom with a double bed, and a huge dining room equipped with full sets of crockeries, cutleries, and kitchen appliances. Very spacious room. We just wanted to stay longer in the room and sacrifice going out for sight seeing!

Plenty of space. Well-thought out and equipped suite. A ten-minute walk from the Novotel, where you pick up your room key. As a guest of the Residenza Cavour, you have the option of having breakfast at the Novotel. The breakfast at the Novotel is FANTASTIC. It's a great way to start your day exploring a tremendous city and region.

Horrible, the front desk is literally in another hotel. So after walking from the train station to the hotel I had to walk back towards the station to check myself in. Get the room the AC doesn’t work I tried calling front desk no answer at all after 8 or 9 attempts i gave up. I wasn’t walking back I checked out following morning this place is trash don’t recommend

Ho prenotato una notte alla residenza Cavour. Al check in, che si fa comunque al NovoHotel, vicino alla stazione, mi hanno detto che avrei dormito al novohotel: mi hanno dato, ovviamente a parità di costo, due camere doppie comunicanti molto belle e nuovissime. In pratica non so come sarebbe stato dormire alla residenza Cavour ma io sono stato benissimo al novohotel

Agradable lugar…

La zona, la casa y la habitación eran excelentes, lo malo, que me cambiaron la habitación reservada, todo bien… pero quedaron de mandar a las 8 am a recogernos y cuando llamamos por qué nos cansamos de esperar nos dicen que no hay servicio a esa hora y que la persona que nos atendió nos mintió, tuvimos que caminar con una persona de movilidad limitada que usa silla de ruedas; la silla se quedó en el auto en donde nos hicimos vieron check in.

Enkel leilighet

Oppholdet var helt ok, men det er enkel tilværelse. TV og internet fungerte ikke, kjøleskapet var ikke helt rein, Toiletten og dusjen var av eldre sort og ikke 100 fungerende. Innsjekkingen er på novotel Centro som er ca 15 minutter å gå. Resepsjonen er liten og var veldig busy, så servicen var ikke glimrende.

Eine einfache Studentenbude

Wer glaubt er bekommt hier ein Apartment welches den Bildern entspricht ist fehl am Platz. Aber der Kontrast zwischen enorm. Ca. 20 Minuten muss man zum Novotel laufen für Check in und Check out. Check out 11:00, d.h. man sollte das Apartment um 10:30 verlassen. Die Dusche war Eckelhaft mit Schimmel und alt. Wer glaubt die Küche ist benutzbar irrt sich und muss sich auf 20€ Reinigungsgebühr einstellen, hier spart man also nichts während des Aufenthaltes. Das erübrigt sich übrigens da die Küche mangelhaft ausgestattet ist ubd somit nichts anständiges kochen kann. Das Schlafsofa kann nur als Eckelhaft beschrieben werden. Das beste : das Geschäft Zara liegt direkt daneben , die Rolltreppe und Belüftung läuft 24/7 Ein unglaublicher Geräuschpegel.

Super zentral in der Fußgängerzone. Nur umständlich dass der Check in im Novotel am Bahnhof ist. Aber da kann man sein Auto abstellen. Shuttle Service hat uns kostenlos zur Unterkunft, welche ca 1,5 km entfernt liegt, hingefahren. Zurück zum Hotel mussten wir laufen, war aber nicht weiter schlimm. Sonst war alles sauber, Apartment sehr großzügig, mit allem ausgestattet.

It is in a great location. I have used it before. It was spotlessly clean. I really liked the fact that, as it connected to Novotel, there is a 24 hour reception which is grest when you have a "stupid o' clock" arrival at Bologna airport.

Appartamento in posizione centralissima e molto caldo (ho soggiornato nel mese di dicembre)...purtroppo però poco curato.il pavimento in camera da letto presentava numerose piastrelle traballanti e alcune completamente rotte.microonde inutilizzabile e mi sarebbe piaciuto sapere prima della prenotazione di un supplemento di 20€ in caso di utilizzo del piano cottura...
