「We booked for three nights. The air conditioning wasn’t working, phone number for contact was incorrect, I had to call VERBO to get a working number, there was no person on the property to address the issue, temperature got to 81 degrees never got below 77 degrees overnight even with a window open. Smelled bad and wasn’t very clean. The carpet was terribly stained and the ,coffee table was very worn nothing like the photos on Verbo. we only stayed one night however Matthew did offer another cabin...

「The cabin was very cute and plenty of space for 4 of us and a pup. A beautiful view too!」

「Wonderful spot. Close to town and quiet. Would stay here again!」

「Room was clean, carpet was old but clean. Location was perfect and communication was excellent!」

「We absolutely loved our time at this cabin! It was perfectly set up for our group of 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. We really appreciated the enclosed yard and patio space for our pups! We loved the lake view from the front. Its a really easy drive into town, and a cute little neighborhood. Thanks for a wonderful week :)」

「The cabin was spacious, clean, and dog friendly. Everything we needed to go adventuring up in the rockies. Grills were provided outside for cooking and there was a bit of trail to walk the dogs around by the cabins. It's also a quick drive to either Idaho Springs or Georgetown to explore. Lots of things to do in the area and a beautiful spot to spend some time.」

「Our family had a great experience staying here. We had everything we needed and more. The house is inviting and cozy and the location can’t be beat.」

「Real old fashioned cabins which are spotlessly clean and tight. Comfortable beds, plenty of sheets and blankets, wood heat if you needed it and apparently electric if you wanted that which we did not. Quiet. Nice places to take an evening walk. Great hosts. There was a small mixup which was fixed immediately. Not the new age “cabin” of today thank goodness!! Loved the classic Colorado of old feeling.」
