Located in the picturesque village of Parzac in the beautiful area of the Charante in South West France.
This holiday cottage is set 54km from Angoulême (48 mins)
Composed of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower, the cottage comes equipped with a TV with English satellite channels.
There is a dining area and a kitchen with oven, fridge microwave, washing machine and iron.
All linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Basic toiletries are provided including a hairdryer and hair straightener.
The property has a private garden which includes a barbecue and seating area.
It provides free private parking.
Free WiFi is available.

Nina et roger sont très sympathiques et discrets, belle optimisation de l'espace du cottage. tout y est pour passer un beau séjour. seul hic le câble tv est uniquement en anglais.
