"Por empezar, para hacer check in adelantado, tenía que avisar 24h antes, y me enviaron esa información el mismo día. Seguido de que no teníamos ni sábanas ni edredón, pasamos frío la primera noche, cuando reclamamos, solo nos dieron una sábana encimera, ni edredón, ni sábana bajera. Y no mencionemos el colchón del sofá cama, una vergüenza, fino como una loncha de queso, se clavan los hierros del sofá. Queríamos pasar una estancia acogedora, y fue horrible. El personal educado, y la limpieza...

"Estuvimos 9 dias, como cada verano, pasamos unos dias en Pas, y normalmente en estos apartamentos. eramos dos, reservamos un apartamento para 4 y nos dieron uno para 6...genial. Poca higiene, muebles rotos, faltaban instrumentos de cocina, pero para el precio, bien. A ver si hay suerte el año que viene y nos gtoca uno con balcon...despues de 20 años aun no la hemos tenido..."

The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars.
