"I arrived for my 3pm check in and was told that my room was not ready, but would be ready in just a few minutes. 45 mins later the front desk finally found a room for us. The lobby was packed with customers waiting for rooms to check in. After checking in and getting into our room we had no towels. We were told by the front desk that they had given out their last towels and some more would be put to washing, but there would be a wait. We had dinner reservations and no way for my family shower."
