「Took 15 min to check in. Desk clerk could barely speak english. No lights worked in the room. It smelled terrible and moldy. No shower curtain and pipes sticking out. Left immediately. Still waiting for refund. 」

「We had a leaky faucet, a nasty toilet toilet paper roll under the bed nasty used tissues in the tissue box. This place overall not the greatest for the price and wouldn’t recommend it . Also what they don’t tell u is after the price u have to pay for just the hotel u have to make another 40$ refundable deposit for incase you destroy the room or wtv and if u want to check in earlier then 3pm u have to pay a check in early fee and it’s 10$ an hour」

「DO NOT STAY HERE. Unless you love the calming noise of crackheads yelling at all hours of the night and some of the sketchiest stuff you’ve ever seen and heard, I recommend paying a little more to get a better place」

「I chose to pay at the property. I wasn’t aware that the property changed a fee to use a credit card. This wiped out the savings I had by using Expedia. As for the property, it clean no-frills. We stayed there several times before.」

「Room was used for what its intended for. Just needed to rest our heads n get ready for airport. Desk agent was cordial. Parking was convenient. Air conditioning worked, it took away what the Room smelled of stewing. We git air freshners. Room was ok after. Bathroom light did not work. Breakfast consisted of frozen pastry thawed, coffee n juice dispensed at your leisure. At this day and age, we're thankful for anything complimentary.」

「This is the 2nd time I have booked a room at this location. Both times they didn't have the room I reserved blaming it on the booking site. I requested king size smoking and didn't get the room either booking.」

「I have stayed here in the past and it was never this bad. I booked 2 rooms, one for my mom and another myself and my partner. Both rooms were dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. Our fridge was leaking all over the floor and by morning we had a puddle from the fridge to the other side of the wall. In both rooms the shower experience was the WORST! Your only choices were scalding hot or freezing. Not to mention they canceled my expedia bookings I had booked in advance to get the cheaper rate...
