"Room was very clean and tidy. It looked lovely too! Staff friendly. I was pleased with my stay. Of course it’s near the airport so a little noise from air traffic but it didn’t bother me. I’m a light sleeper and it didn’t wake me up. I’d stay here again. Plenty little shops and restaurants on the door step too, although beach is a little walk about 1km as you cannot walk the shortest route due to there being another hotel in the way. "

"Beautiful hotel, tucked away from the excitement of Patong. Welcomed to serene lobby with fresh lemonade on arrival. Pools are clean and scenery is fab. Breakfast options were great and staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention for the kids club staff- its a lovely calm, cool retreat from the midday sun and staff couldnt have been kinder to our little ones. I had a luxurious thai massage in the beautiful spa- would recommend! Only downside is the beautiful location makes the resort a little tricky to navigate with little kids- lots of steps and lifts. The resort staff were helpful with buggy rides, definitely needed for check in and out with luggage."

"Great hotel, clean and well kept. Kids loved the kids club. The staff were super helpful. The resort facilities like pool and restaurants were great. Can’t really fault our experience. There was a mix up with our 5th traveller. As my child was 7yo, they expected him to sleep with parents. This is clearly noted on their website, however Expedia didn’t provide the information when I booked. An extra bed was $40 AUD per night. "

"This hotel is tge worst hotel i have ever stayed on. The rooms are humid with a damp smell, the beddings ate wet. The mattresses are extremely old and u even. Changed rooms 3 times but not any better. The rooms are full of small ants. Tried canceling but expedia waited three days to get a response from the hotel. Horrible experience and the management didn't care."
