Very accommodating
Our room didn’t face the river and as a couple away for a romantic weekend, yet when we let the hosts know, they were able to accommodate us by moving rooms. We were extremely grateful for their willingness to ensure we were satisfied with our room and in future would be more specific in our request. For a family, it’s also a perfect place to stay, incredible sunsets ✨

Perfect Getaway
Banana River was the perfect place for a quick getaway with my family. We stayed in the Sandals and Scandals and it was very clean and comfortable for 4 adults and my pup. The views and access to banana river were priceless, saw dolphins everyday it was magical! Only issues we encountered were not enough usable paddles for the kayaks and paddle boards they have available.

Absolutely recommend
The property was perfect for access to the beach plus a little private beach in the backyard. The staff was amazing, the house was perfect! It was well stocked and comfortable. Will recommend and will stay again!

River front property
We loved staying at The Banana River condo. The condo was all redone very tastefully decorated. You walk out to the backyard and its your own paradise. We fished off the pier saw dolphins swim by in the evening. The condo was located in a great area! I would highly recommend staying!

Peaceful Stay
The Villa was exceptionally clean, cozy and comfortable for my family. The staff were also friendly and helpful which was greatly appreciated. Quick walk to the beach too

Family get away
We had an amazing time at this adorable place. My mom especially loved the relaxing outdoor area which is one of this properties best qualities. We will definitely be back!

Stay was good
Stay was very pleasant the house was very nice inside some pictures of the rental were misleading in my opinion, so just make sure your read through the rental discription thoroughly, but I did talk with the host who was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for small families looking for a relaxing weekend getaway
