In the charming bay of San Gregorio we find an elegant first floor apartment just a few steps away from the locality's beach, famous for its spectacular sunsets.
The accommodation has a comfortable terrace overlooking the sea, finely furnished to make the outdoor space even more comfortable and relaxing.
The bright living room is the first room of the house that appears upon entering from the small terrace. This, also with sea view and furnished with taste and design, has a comfortable sofa with flat screen TV and air conditioning. Also here we find the new, modern and fully equipped kitchen also equipped with a dishwasher. What also makes this part of the house special is the large porthole window which illuminates the whole room and from which it is possible to see the sea.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one double and the other with a queen size bed, and finally the full bathroom with shower. It should be noted that in the master bedroom there is a small balcony where the washing machine is located. Wi-Fi available throughout the house. There are mosquito nets everywhere.
The apartment is located just a few steps from the sea and restaurants, tobacconists and markets. The bay renowned for its spectacular sunsets is easily accessible on foot, furthermore the large square, delightfully renovated, becomes a meeting point for many teenagers, boys/girls and children where you can spend pleasant summer evenings enjoying the suggestive surrounding panorama. It should be noted that the entrance to the sea in the bay has been made more accessible thanks to the comfortable wooden platform that allows access. Here you can also rent umbrellas and sun loungers. About 700 meters away is the beautiful beach of Felloniche.
