Entering from the automatic gate, you walk along a long avenue surrounded by flourishing ornamental vegetation that reaches the large parking lot next to the house. The villa has a beautiful living room, finely furnished and air-conditioned, from which you can admire a beautiful sea view thanks to the modern French windows that give brightness to the entire room, here there is also a beautiful kitchen equipped with every accessory including a dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms, all with bathrooms. From the living room you reach the beautiful rear porch that overlooks the sea of ​​San Gregorio, from where you can admire the beauty of the uncontaminated nature of the countryside almost as if it were embracing the blue of the sea. Beautiful sunsets form the backdrop to this breathtaking setting. Finally, enclosed by thick vegetation and in a private position, there is the splendid pool area surrounded on all four sides by a natural teak parquet.
Please note that the pool is not exclusive, but can be shared in some periods with guests of 2 other accommodations within the estate for a maximum of 6 people. Maximum capacity of the pool is 12 people including guests of TENUTA TRECCANI.

The property is located about 2 km from the marina of San Gregorio and Torre Vado and is an excellent choice for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a holiday dedicated to relaxation and well-being.
Tourist tax to be paid on site. Bath/bed linen available on request and with an extra cost to be paid on site.
Pets allowed only on request and with a supplement to be paid on site.
The pool measures 7.5 x 16 m and has a minimum depth of 1.20 and maximum of 1.80 m.
The pool is unavailable off-season, approximately from 15th of October to 3th of May



RULES FOR USE OF THE POOL
· The pool measures 7.5 x 16 m and has a minimum depth of 1.20 and a maximum depth of 1.80 m.
· Guests will use the pool in strict compliance with the regulations listed below.
· Guests use the pool at their own risk, exempting the management and the property from any criminal or civil liability.
· The Management declines any civil or criminal liability for objects and/or valuables left in the pool and for any accidents, injuries, or other things caused to them, especially if in violation of these regulations.
· To ensure efficient maintenance of the state and hygiene of the pool, we appeal to common sense, education and collaboration from everyone.

Before accessing the pool, please read these regulations.
Those who access the pool accept these regulations and the conditions described.

1. Use of the shared pool is permitted only to guests of the Tenuta Treccani facility
2. External guests are not permitted, unless expressly authorized by the Management of the facility.
3. Access is only permitted during the day from 08:30 to 00:00.
4. Please remember that there is no lifeguard and therefore it is not supervised. Maximum caution is required when using it!
5. It is mandatory to shower before entering the water. In any case, it is forbidden to enter the pool with sunscreen and sunscreen creams and hair oils without having showered.
6. It is forbidden to bathe in bad weather conditions.
7. It is forbidden to smoke and consume food or drinks in the bathing area.
8. Armbands or life jackets are mandatory for all those who cannot swim.
9. It is forbidden to throw paper, cigarette butts or anything else into the water or in the garden. Use the appropriate containers for separate waste collection. It is forbidden to use glass objects/drinks in the pool area.
10. Children/teenagers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who takes responsibility for them and is able to intervene in case of need.
11. It is forbidden for younger children to be near the pool without parents or chaperones.
12. Very young children must wear containment underwear.
13. In case of need, guests must use the toilet facilities in the house.
14. If you are alone in the pool, you are advised not to dive into the water.
15. It is advisable to leave at least 3 hours between meals and swimming.
16. It is forbidden to bring animals into the pool.
17. It is forbidden to use equipment for the maintenance and cleaning of the pool with the exception of the net which will be provided to guests.
18. It is forbidden to play dangerous games or exercises.
19. Pool Maintenance: the caretaker will take care of the daily cleaning of the pool and the watering of the garden every morning until 8.30 am. Please do not leave equipment and/or objects unattended near the pool.
20. Please use the natural parquet around the pool with the utmost care. It is forbidden to run, play games, dive or do dangerous exercises.
