Once we were able to get into the unit there was ejaculation stains on the couch, the refrigerator was leaking water, AND THATS NOT THE WORSE THING. We pulled the covers back and there in both rooms on both beds and C** stains. I called the lady and she gave a different price of the cleaning fee than my receipt stated and only wanted to give us 60% of the cleaning fee when we had……

“Great place to stay! Communication with host was great too. Highly recommend staying here if you are in Atlanta. Safe, quiet, clean, on the 1st floor, and just a very nice complex. For sure would stay again. If you have ATT for cell service, you have to be close to the windows or go out on the patio to talk. WiFi works great! Wasn't a big deal and this is my 13th trip to Atlanta and one of my favorite places to stay. Thanks!!!!”

“Reserved for my daughter's 21st birthday for one night for the meeting spot for a night on the town in Atlanta. Host communicated throughout the entire process and answered any inquiries quickly. The place is just as beautiful as the pictures. Location seemed sketchy at first, but my daughter stated that she felt safe during the entire stay. Location is perfect. Will definitely stay again. ”
