This an orchid lover’s paradise! There are orchids in all the gardens that surround the premises. The room and bathroom newly renovated. Good food which is presented exquisitely. Staff was very kind and helpful

Very friendly and helpful staff. Facility with a lot of flair and atmosphere. Beautiful garden. Activities on offer are scarce for a hotel of this standard.

Debería tener canales u opciones ya predeterminadas en la televisión, aveces ya acostado a uno le gusta ver la tele, pero no había nada si uno no ponía la cuenta de uno para ver. Del resto!!! excelente todo!!! definitivamente que regresamos !!

Tuvimos una mala experiencia con la atención al cliente, falta de comunicación . La reservación incluía desayuno y no se informó al llegar. Además nos iban a cobrar adicional por un dormitorio q no nos dejaron saber por anticipado. Espero mejoren y capaciten mejor a su personal .
