Great family vacation value

We really love the resort and location, short walk to beach and close to resturantes and shops. Beds were very comfry. Condo itself was nice for the price but could use some TLC. New screen door and sliding back door needed and minor improvements - a couple lights didnt work.

Showing it’s Age! Not well maintained needs cleaning top to bottom!

Renter beware!! Floors really dirty, ruined good socks in under 10 mins, black with dirt/grim. House needs a refurb, paint peeling, rust, mold, stains on furniture and walls, and beds as hard as the floor. I’ve visited litchfield for many years and by far this was the dirtiest most run down property I’ve rented. Won’t be giving this owner any more of my money. Feel bad for those renting after me for more money. Glad it was a really short stay.
