「The best hotel atmosphere I have been to, and the kindest, friendliest people I have met in Turkey. Hotel is 10 min walk to Uzungöl lake, while everywhere in Uzungöl is beautiful so it’s fun to walk around. Room was comfortable, very clean, with nice balcony (photo attached is from my balcony). Real homey place, hope to visit again. Thank you so much Mr. Hayri, Mustafa, and Arzu.」

「Kaya life resort hotelde . 19-20-21 Haziran tarihinde konakladık. Hotel mükemmel. Uzungöl mevkisinin yaylasında olan hotel. Muhteşem manzarası, havası, konfor ve temizliği ile çok güzeldi. Yemekleri lezzetli. Kafa dinlemek, rahatlamak ve temiz doğa için çok güzel bir yer. Hotele girişte yatak kapasitesi ile ilgili bir anlaşmazlık yaşandı. Ancak hotel sahibi REŞAT Bey çok güzel jest yaparak sorunu çözdü. Müşteri memnuniyetine önem veren yaptığı işi aşk ile yapan böyle işletmeciler her yerde...

「Göl kenarı olmasına rağmen çok uygundu. Gayet kibar bir şekilde ilgilendiler. Ailece kalınacak bir yer. Tekrar gelsem yine kalmak isterim. Park sıkıntısı da yok.」

「I stayed at four hotels during my trip, and this one ruined my experience. Despite paying through Expedia, the hotel receptionist charged me again on-site, and I never got my money back. The food options were very limited, which was especially inconvenient given the remote mountain location. Additionally, everything had to be paid for in cash and the bathroom smelled absolutely terrible.」

「One of the Best Hotels in Uzungöl This is one of the nicest hotels located in Uzungöl. It’s very close to the lake, which makes the location perfect. In general, hotels in rural areas don’t offer high-end services, but this hotel exceeded expectations by providing everything needed: • Cleaning service upon request • An on-site restaurant • A well-known coffee shop • Located in an active and lively area If I visit Uzungöl again, I would definitely stay here again.」

「Absolutely fantastic experience. I've been to many hotels around Trabzon and this was simply the best. The suite was very clean, modern, had all kinds of useful amenities, and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Special shout-out to Abu Anas for his great hospitality and his eagerness to accommodate our every need. They accidentally slightly overcharged us and he went out of his way to let us know and was adamant about giving us a cash refund. Absolutely class act. 10/10 stay.」
