Villa Valffiorita (Istria - Pazin)

Located in central Istria, near the charming town of Pazin, Villa Valffiorita is a modern villa with a private pool and large garden, perfect for relaxation. This villa can accommodate up to 12 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.On the ground floor, the villa offers three spacious bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, there is another bathroom and a separate toilet. The spacious living room is connected to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, providing everything needed for comfort and relaxation. An added bonus is the game room equipped with table football, billiards, and darts, perfect for entertainment and socializing.On the first floor, there are three more charming bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate bathroom in the hallway and a large balcony with a beautiful view of the pool and garden.The courtyard is just as impressive as the interior of the villa. There is a separate tavern with a dining table and a fireplace. This is an ideal place for preparing delicious meals, or you can use the charcoal grill located on the covered terrace with a table and chairs for enjoying an outdoor meal. After the meal, enjoy swimming in the private pool (40m²) or sunbathing on the loungers. The villa also has a children's playground, making it perfect for families with young guests.Villa Valffiorita is located in central Istria, a region known for its beautiful landscapes and picturesque medieval towns reminiscent of Tuscany and Provence. Nearby are the Pazin Cave and Pazin Castle, which inspired Jules Verne's novel "Mathias Sandorf". During your stay, visit the UNESCO-listed Euphrasian Basilica in Poreč, the Roman amphitheater in Pula, or simply enjoy the nearby beaches. Also, don't miss the chance to enjoy local cuisine and a glass of excellent Istrian Malvasia.

Es war ein tolles Haus, das unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen hat. Der Pool war genial, die Zimmer und Bäder alle top eingerichtet. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher waren vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Gerne wieder!
