「We were coming to town for a concert at the Momentary and the one bedroom apartment was perfect for my husband and I. It's the perfect walk to the Momentary, so we didn't need pay for parking. The aesthetic of the decor was beautiful, and felt like a home away from home. I also enjoyed that our unit had a dedicated parking spot, making it easy to find parking and get our car unloaded. Anything that peeks our interest for the Momentary, this will now be our go to place.」

「This was the cleanest vrbo we’ve ever stayed in. It’s located in a nice, centralized neighborhood and has large bedrooms, a huge master bath & great water pressure. The mattresses are quite firm. Some of us loved them and some did not, so if that isn’t your preference, be warned. The host gave clear instructions, stayed in contact with us, and made the check-out procedure very simple (far less onerous than some of our past experiences). We would happily stay here again!」

「This property was NOT as expected. The primary bedroom had dirty, stained sheets with popcorn kernels all over. There is nowhere to just relax. The single couch in the living room wouldn’t have been big enough for toddlers. The TV in the living room is ancient, barely could connect to the mediocre WiFi, and only 32”. We visited during a very warm time and the portable air conditioners couldn’t get the house below 81 degrees. Not to mention they were so loud that you couldn’t attempt to watch tv...
