Romantic and charming 70 sqm cottage entirely in stone, structured with wooden beams, large windows, external porch, garden and swimming pool, breathtaking views of the Volterra and Castelfalfi hills.
Large living room, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower. Equipped with fireplace, air conditioning, stereo, satellite TV, washing machine, hairdryer, toaster. Perfect for an intimate and relaxing stay, inside an organic farm where you can taste bread, pizza, pasta and other specialties produced by the owner. Located 15 km from Volterra and 25 km from San Gimignano. On Monday, pizza is offered for free in the oven of the organic farm where there is also a company shop to be able to buy organic products. Opportunity to visit the mill and the pasta factory located about 100 meters from the house. The owners' house is about 30 meters away and offers maximum availability for information and support on recommended itineraries and destinations in English, German and French. Lucca, Florence, Pisa, Siena, the sea (Castiglioncello, Vada, Cecina) can be reached in 1 hour by car and Casciana Terme is 30 minutes away.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und der Pool ist auch toll. In der Nähe ist ein Hofladen, bei dem man hausgemachte Pasta und Pizza bekommt. Die Landschaft ist atemberaubend. Der einzige „Nachteil“ ist, dass man eine Zeit in den nächsten Ort braucht (Volterra ca. 25 Minuten, Peccioli ca. 20 Minuten); fußläufig ist wenig erreichbar. Nichtsdestotrotz eine tolles Feriendomizil!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Rosario ein ausgesprochen freundlicher Vermieter. Wir hatten alle 2 Tage selbst angebautes Gemüse, frische Eier vor der Tür. Der Bioladen auf dem Gelände ein Traum. Super leckere Pasta, Wein und Käse. Das Haus sauber,, der Pool herrlich. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

After an eight-day, April stay, we did not want to leave. Surrounded by fields of rolling green hills, this house was the perfect place to relax on the patio with glasses of wine and plates of pasta. Sonia and Rosario were excellent hosts and their shop (on the premises) was filled with their company’s pasta as well as sweet goodies like biscotti. Highly recommend!

Ein schönes Feriendomizil, um Ausflüge in die Gegend zu machen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und man kann sich jederzeit an sie wenden. Direkt nebenan gibt es einen Hofladen, wo man selbst hergestellte Pasta, selbst gebackenes Brot und regionale Produkte kaufen kann. Das Auto kann direkt am Haus geparkt werden, das ist sehr praktisch. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche auf dem Bio-Bauernhof von Sonia und Rosario verbracht. Die Kinder waren total begeistert, auch weil zum Bauernhof zwei Katzen und zwei Hunde gehören, die sehr zutraulich sind. Das Gelände ist weitläufig, der Poolbereich wunderbar sauber und traumhaft schön! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wunderschön (ein sehr altes, typisch toskanisches Steinhaus). Die selbstgemachte Pasta schmeckt sehr lecker und Sonia und Rosaria sind sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden regelmäßig mit selbstgemachter Pizza, Brot und Kuchen versorgt! Ganz herzlichen Dank dafür!!!! Alles in allem ein traumhafter Urlaub für Familien, die gerne auf einem Bauernhof sind. Nach Volterra sind es etwas 25 Minuten.
