「Tutto perfetto, dal check in al check out. Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti e ci siamo trovati da Dio… Camera pulita e calda. Colazione abbondante e cena squisita. Il posto dove si trova la struttura è ottimo per raggiungere le stazioni sciistiche di Pinzolo e Madonna di Campiglio. Ci siamo trovati benissimo infatti volevamo allungare la vacanza ma non avevano disponibilità.Consiglio altamente di soggiornare presso questa struttura… Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.」

「A very nice family run hotel, I was there on a cycling trip to ride the big climbs in Bormio. Would not hesitate to return to this hotel. They also cater to skiers in winter. And I can imagine Bormio is a excellent location for winter sports also!」

「Servizio e cortesia fanno da padroni al Palazzo Lodron Bertelli. Gli host gestiscono la struttura con amore e cura trattando i clienti con inesauribile gentilezza e premura. Accedendo direttamente dalla struttura si può godere della spa del Borgo della Salute, un’ulteriore coccola del nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissimo per un weekend sugli sci (impianto di Pinzolo a 5/10 min e di Madonna di Campiglio a 15/20 min)」

「Equipe super atenciosa. Optei por comprar os jantares junto com a estadia, valeu muito a pena. Restaurante excelente. Hotel silencioso e aconchegante. O depósito para esqui é muito bom. Serviço de van para levar para as pistas funciona perfeitamente, melhor que ficar em hotel ski in/ ski out. 」
