"We had ants in our suite - in the bathroom at first - and we brought this to the attention of the front desk. We were guaranteed a partial refund. Nobody came to clean any parts of the suite despite going back to let the front desk know the ants had now spread to the main living area. We stayed for two nights and the ants were there from the very beginning! Despite following up with the front desk multiple times, manager via phone, and hotels.com, I was NEVER issues any refunds.
The 'breakfast' that is included is abysmal, as well. There were NO plates available and staff simply shrugged and walked away. The selection of items was awful, the juice machine was broken, no to go cups available for coffee, and there were multiple parties that had pets sitting in the main area and by the food stations."
