「Staff was exceptionally helpful. While I had a hard time knowing where to park, once I got to the reception area staff provided the pass for free parking and gave me instructions on how to reach the appropriate lot. Location is exceptionally good. The hotel itself is quiet but I could not put that in the rating because the night I was there, there was loud music two blocks away that went on until 23h on a Thursday night. 「We had an amazing experience at Le Chalet Blanc. The staff was very attentive and kind. Wonderful restaurant with many options close by. The view of the mountain from our room was magical. We would love to stay there again. 」

「Overall a vey high quality hotel. However, I had half board and although the quality of the food was excellent , I would have thought that dinner should give some options on the menu. They were happy to provide alternative if I had asked during the day. Butter should given with the bread instead having to ask each time. An additional cheese dish at 22 euros is a little expensive.」
