「Terrible smell」

「An older property, but very clean. Rose bushes and occasional antiques or non-hotel decor make it feel loved and welcoming.」

「Unfortunately, this hotel was a huge disappointment and did not match the photos or the price we paid. The room looked much older and was significantly smaller than the pictures suggested. It also wasn't very clean, and it seemed like housekeeping had missed several areas. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and the wall-mounted body wash dispenser was loose because the screws had come out, making the room feel poorly maintained. 「Shower had used soap bar and pieces still on shower floor, it felt slimy. Pillows were flat, beds were uncomfortable, the sheets n blankets didn’t smell fresh. Had to use a kiosk with screen to check in, it was hard to understand them talking」

「The carpeting needed to be cleaned badly, there was a nail sticking out by the bathroom that could have really hurt somebody's foot bad had they not noticed it. The bed had a very big dip in it that made it uncomfortable for my husband. There was a large laundry basket and a fold-up bed at the bottom of the stairs on the second floor that made it impossible to use the handrail. I do have to say it was quiet.」

「Sorry because I don’t like to complain, but here all are involve, there were some spiders on the ceiling in bedroom plus dust all over the headboard, spiders on ceiling bathroom too, towels clean but smell like been storage for so long or hasn’t washed right. 」

「We stay here all the time and it’s always a great experience. It’s a great place if you’re traveling with pets!」
