「Clean but air did not work correctly. Everything felt really cheap.」

「Property is old, tired and smells musty. Breakfast was not well prepared or presented. They had to send someone out to buy bread for toast.」

「Courteous staff and the room was outstanding. It was our second stay at the inn. Everything is first class. We highly recommend it.」

「Spacious & clean rooms」

「I loved having the travel crib and high chair available for my kids! Everything was clean and the host made everything a breeze!」

「We loved our short stay there, the price for the hotel and service was great; we brought our dogs and they were very nice too. Clean rooms, clean hotel, excellent costumer service . from our experience in other good hotels; this one over expected our experience」

「Pet friendly Clean」

「This little hotel was just wonderful! The scenic decks overlooking the Ohio River were so enjoyable! And we loved the Halloween decorations! The staff was super personable. The room was very clean and cozy. Breakfast was nice and we loved how they enclosed part of the deck so you could enjoy the view and have your breakfast but still stay warm. The little bar was well supplied and the prices were good. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Madison.」

「Property was under renovation and a lot of amenities were not accessible. We should have been warned about the construction before the day of check in. Staff were accommodating and helpful but they only had so much to work with themselves」

「Very good experience at this hotel from the staffs to the room. The only thing I had of disgard was for the channels on the TV. That was the thing I felt needed the most attention. In the grand scheme of things it was a really minor issue and I would recommend it as a place to stay.」
