"We got the room with pool. It was bigger than expected which was a pleasant surprise, and the room itself was spacious. The buffet breakfast was great quality with a variety of options. The highlight was the service provided by staff; everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very sad to leave this resort."

"This is amazing value for money and a great location near the airport, on the beach, with a decent outdoor swimming pool ideal for sunsets. The price was so good that we booked it for an afternoon and evening ahead of a 2130 transport to catch the 0035 flight home. We got the garden-view king suite so that we could all have showers, a dinner and some drinks ahead of our flight - it made a real difference to all our moods ahead of the flight. The staff, as ever in Bali, were helpful and very pleasant. The meal was very western-friendly and, despite a very busy Friday night, the delays were handled with grace. For an airport hotel (with free hotel transport every hour on the half-hour) I'm not sure you could find much better."

"Our experience at the Hard Rock hotel Bali was very positive, enjoyable and relaxing. Lots of extras we didn't expect. It was very busy at the main pool and slides and almost impossible to book a cabana. However, at the gym wasn't busy and the spa, sauna and steam room were empty pretty much all the time. The staff were fantastic."

"We had an excellent stay there. Hotel and rooms are modern and very well maintained. All the amenities are on par with other chain hotels with great facilities such as the gym and spa. Breakfast is as also fantastic. The staff in all aspects of service was outstanding in their attentiveness and politeness. The area is full of shopping and other activities as the beach is just a 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommend for a family stay."
