Penglai District Romantic Hotel

"硬件很一般，房間居然沒有冰箱，然後床頭有個空的電線位，衛生間角落還有隻蜘蛛、陪了我3天。一直沒有工作人員發現。 另外不知道什么原因，貴網不能選無烟房，我在備註上已經清楚要求要無烟房，但入住時，給了吸烟層，全條走廊都是烟味。雖然服務員很熱心的說要幫我處理房間的味道，但經過走廊上濃烈的煙味洗禮後，進房間已間聞不出有煙味。"

"We had two ocean view rooms at the 22th floor which are nice . Sunrise is amazing to watch . Soft bed , great mattresses . The reason I gave two stars is because the manager of the hotel decided to turn off the A/C even tho it’s 25-28 degrees Celsius in the room . We went to the front desk twice . They just won’t turn on the A/C citing it’s not hot outside ……. There’s no need for A/C. We are all sweaty and didn’t even sleep well.
