Detached house on 1000 m² of enclosed land not overlooked.

Located 15 minutes walk from the small port of Kerity, the Eckmühl lighthouse, the fishing port of St Guénolé and its various beaches.

Designed for 6 people, it offers all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay.

On the ground floor:
- fully equipped kitchen open to living room (induction hob, microwave, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, oven and dishwasher)
- 1 flat screen TV
- 1 3 seater sofa + 2 armchairs + ottoman
- 1 wood fire fireplace with insert
- 1 bedroom with 1 2x80x200 bed with private shower

- 1 laundry room // garage with washing machine, dryer and freezer

Fabulous Stay

The property was really lovely, very clean and plenty of room. The outside area had plenty of parking space with a lovely sitting area. The property was situated further from the sea as was stated on the property details. We were met at the property by the owners who were very nice and friendly. We had a really enjoyable holiday. House, the area and weather made it worthwhile.

Angenehmer Urlaub

Das Haus ist komfortabel eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten, auch wenn einige Dinge etwas älter sind. Die große Terrasse, der gute Grill, und viel Platz für Auto und Fahrräder machten den Aufenthalt (3 Wochen) zusätzlich angenehm. Die Lage ist günstig: Bäcker, Restaurants, Fischladen, verschiedene Strände und der Phare de Eckmühl sind zu Fuß oder per Fahrrad erreichbar. Das Haus liegt dennoch ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Bettwäsche war im Preis enthalten und wurde nach 1,5 Wochen ausgetauscht.

Eine Reminiszens an das letzte Jahrhundert

Sehr sympathische, freundliche Besitzer, großes Haus und großer Garten. Obwohl alles vorhanden (Spülmaschine, Wasch-maschine, Trockner etc.) und funktionsfähig war, haben wir uns nicht richtig wohlfühlen können. Eine Zumutung war der Zustand der Spüle, sowie der Geruch in den Toiletten, trotz ausgiebiger Nutzung von Desinfektionsmitteln. Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind nicht mehr neu und das merkt man.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison de Nicole et Guenolé a l’occasion des vacances d’été. Un super accueil de nos hôtes. Très sympathiques et disponibles. Une délicate attention avec de bonne crêpes bretonne pour notre arrivée ! La maison est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Les espaces extérieurs sont bien entretenus et bien agréables pour les adultes et les enfants. La maison est idéalement située à proximité d’une boulangerie et de commerces et juste à côté du phare d’Eckmühl ! Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et comptons bien revenir dans la maison de Nicole et Guénolé !

Ruhig gelegenes, geräumiges Haus mit großem Garten und schöner Terrasse. Der erste Eindruck nach betreten des Hauses - Empfang durch die Vermieter war sehr herzlich - war insgesamt heller und freundlicher als es die Bilder im Netz vermuten lassen. Schlafzimmer/Betten waren gut. Für den Einkauf - nur der Bäcker ist 4-5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt - und Strandbesuche ist das Auto erforderlich. Wir haben die beiden Wochen genossen. Harry O.

Séjour chasse sous marine entre amis, la maison nous a permis de pouvoir caser sans problème le bateau semi rigide de 6M sur remorque avec fourgon et tout notre équipement. Extrêmement fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre, elle est de plus bien située, à proximité de nombreuses cales de mise à l'eau mais aussi de sites touristiques et de commerces.
