Get a breath of sea air in southern Bigouden country. Located in the Kérity district of Penmarc'h, near the fishing port, the Eckmühl lighthouse and not far from La Torche Point, this fully renovated L-shaped 105 m² house can accommodate up to 8 people. You will also enjoy a closed garden and a 40 m² terrace. A barbecue is available for you to share delicious grilled dishes during summer evenings.
By passing through the garden, you will directly access the fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, as well as all the necessary utensils for preparing your meals. This room also includes a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. To your left is the main living area: a large living room-dining room with a table for 8 people and a TV sofa area. On the other side of the ground floor, you will discover a spacious master suite with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
The accommodation has two sleeping areas, accessible by two separate staircases. The first, located above the kitchen, includes a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), note that the staircase leading to this room is steep. The second, accessible from the living room, serves two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90x200 cm) and the other with a king-size bed (180x200 cm). It should be noted that all king-size beds can be separated into two single beds to suit your needs.
For more comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal throughout your stay.
Ideally located for families and close to the sea, the rental is located at:
