「Employer is really nice 」

「Hot tub did not work. The plug was worn so water drained right out. No toilet paper. When asked for bed change as advertise you can receive on request, we was told no. Well yes in morning but was not done, then no when requested a 2nd time. Old beds with a pad put on top. For couples I would not recommend.」

「I recently stayed in a Choice brand hotel in Newark, NJ, which was a disappointment. My Northlands Motel booking involved a last-minute change of plans, and I didn’t realize it was part of the same chain, which isn’t the hotel brand I normally stay in. 「It was a normal place. Not good enough but not bad still. The front desk is a nice person. 」

「When I went to check in there was no one there. I called and no one answered. By the time they had called me back I had already had to find another place to stay. Would not recommend to anyone.」

「No coffee in the room and no access to any coffee or breakfast the next day. No staff on premises after 9pm or in the morning. I paid more because it was graduation weekend. The staff at the attached restaurant was no help regarding our stay at the hotel.」
