"Absolutely amazing, great location, nice and peaceful. Host made sure that me and my friend are happy with everything and she was available if we needed anything. We had a lovely welcome gift ( Prosseco, chocolates and delicious Welsh cakes), the hot tub was warm and ready for us on arrival. About 9 minutes drive to Zipp World, 12 minutes to little town called Betws- y- Coead where you can go for lovely food, walks and explore Beautiful waterfalls. "The property was clean and the room had nice sea views. The rooms are in a converted house next to the Indian restaurant at the site. They are as mentioned in the description accessed via stairs .. quite a few although was offered help with bags. The main negative factor is the location. We arrived and witnessed an altercation on the street in the mid-afternoon with a women punched in the face. The police attended. We looked for other food options but only fish and chips available nearby. which were good but not much choice of eateries near by. We booked for two nights stay but found a better option out of Bangor for the second night. Not a reflection on the accommodation or staff but rather the location."

"Great location, walking distance to the lake. There’s lots of food spots and shops nearby on the high street, the pub isn’t loud or crazy at night so we had a great nights sleep. Building is historic, so has that charm. On arrival one of the beds looked made up, but found lipstick on the pillow and hair in the bed. The staff were great at fixing this, even though he was busy in the bar restaurant. Breakfast was fantastic, full English - the lady who worked alone, she needs a raise, get her some young students to help her out serving. Thanks for a lovely stay!"
