Set on the lower slopes of Blencathra, one of the highest and most impressive fells in Lake District National Park, the property enjoys breathtaking panoramic countryside views. With fantastic walking and cycling routes available directly from the doorstep, it’s a perfect base for outdoor enthusiasts.
The ground floor features a large open-plan kitchen and dining area, fully equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer ideal for preparing hearty meals after a day on the fells. A separate living room provides a welcoming space to unwind, complete with a Freeview Smart TV.
On the ground floor is bedroom one, furnished with two 3ft single beds, along with a modern shower room featuring a walk-in shower, heated towel rail and toilet.
Upstairs, you’ll find three further bedrooms: two comfortable double rooms, and a fourth bedroom with three sets of 3ft bunk beds perfect for children. The first floor also benefits from a spacious family bathroom with a bath, double shower, heated towel rail and toilet.
Outside, there is a back garden with a courtyard and garden furniture, providing a pleasant space to relax and take in the fresh Cumbrian air. Two small dogs are welcome (please note they must be kept on a lead at all times due to surrounding sheep country). Private parking is available for up to three cars.
