Beautiful Gulf front townhome at White Sands!

This is true beachfront property at White Sands on Pensacola Beach. 469 Fort Pickens Rd is a 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom beachfront townhouse outfitted with updated cabinetry and granite countertops throughout the kitchen and bathrooms . Fresh paint throughout the entire interior as of Jan 2021, new living room furniture installed in late 2019, and new carpet installed on 1/29/20! Here you have a large private garage on the first floor, plus 2 floors of living space above with a total of approximately 2300 living square ft.

On the second floor there is 1 bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, a tastefully decorated kitchen, living area with access to a Gulf Front deck, dining area, and half bathroom. Just a few steps down from the second floor deck to the world's whitest sand beaches. A few more steps over the dunes and you are dipping your toes into the Gulf of Mexico. Sip coffee watching dolphins in the morning, run and play in the surf and sand, relax with a beverage at the water's edge, or grill while watching the sunset.

On the third floor which is the top floor, there are 3 bedrooms including the master with an en suite master bathroom and private Gulf Front balcony, a hall bathroom, and a washer/dryer laundry area.

469 Fort Pickens Rd has a TV in every bedroom, and sleeps up to 14!

***E-Bike rentals are available for $150 per bike for 1 week. Or 4 Bikes for $500/week***

We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from May 30,2026 until August 8, 2026, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some exceptions are made based on availability.

Special monthly rates available from January until March 1. Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.  Cancellations less than 120 days from the arrival date forfeit all payments made.

A fantastic place for a family vacation. The condo is situated on the beach with a short walk to the ocean. We loved being there and have many happy memories to be shared through the coming years.

Great location! Right on the beach. Lots of room. Right across the street was a wonderful biking/walking paved pathway that went for miles and ran right between the bay and gulf. The carpet may need to be replaced; there was a smell that was probably the carpet.

White Sands is the perfect place to stay with family. Direct access to the beach, close by grocery stores and plenty of dining options. The AC in this unit worked great as well as everything else. The living room furniture needs to be updated and the dining table is not well suited for small children (in all fairness the photos do show that). Overall cleanliness was good but we did notice the top bed covers do not appear to be regularly cleaned. we would certainly stay hear again if we didn't have small children as dining was difficult.

We truly enjoyed our week at White Sands. The condo provided the perfect opportunity to enjoy the beach...only a minute's walk...beautiful view...and the condo itself was lovely. We spent many hours on the beach and more time eating and playing games at the condo. We had some fine times!!

Perfect location

The location was perfect. communication and check in were easy. we plan on booking this for our family trips from now on. my only complaints would be the house could use a few touch ups- lots of dents and dings around the house, a sectional would would be nice since it’s such a big house that fits so many. I feel like the couch and 2 chairs just aren’t enough. and add a few blankets! other than those small things, the house really is nice and was equipped with everything we needed for our 6 day stay and again the location was perfect!!

Loved the beachfront nature.Had a great time.Only recommendations would be new couch in living room and did get a couple splinters on back deck so might want to look into replacing that deck at some time in future. Finally, a propane grill over charcoal grill would also be a better option, as all the other condos next to us had propane grills. But again overall we had a great time.

Family Retreat at White Sands

Our family stayed at White Sands last week. The townhome was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the immediate access to the beach and the ability to hose off the sand before re-entering the home. The pre-teen grandkids LOVED having a TV in their bedroom; a real treat for them! The main deck could use a little TLC and a gas grill but otherwise, we were quite pleased with the layout and condition of the home which was plenty spacious for our family of eight. Grandma (me) had the main floor bedroom and private bath to herself (the main floor also has a half bath) while my son, DIL and their 5 children had their privacy upstairs with 2 additional bathrooms. The townhome is also quite soundproof, which was a bonus! The set-up was perfect!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay—great location, amazing views and access to the beach. The kitchen is well-stocked and the beds were comfortable. Very convenient to paved walking/bike trail, restaurants and shops, yet removed enough to feel quiet. Enjoyed every moment!

Perfect location

My 6 brothers and a few cousins had a get together. We really were impressed with how close we were to the beach. I can not express how much I enjoyed drinking my coffee in the morning and listening to the waves crash on the shore. It is one of the most relaxing times I’ve had in a while. Great place for large groups because there are enough beds and bathrooms.

Friends Beach Trip

We have been going to White Sands for years and I’ll have to say this was not our best trip. Although the property manager was kind and helpful, we made three calls concerning issues we were having. The main issue was the garage door. It would not open which was very inconvenient to have to walk to the beach side after dark to open our door.
