Treehouse Condo

Great location. Clean. Pull out bed and loveseat need an upgrade. We would stay there again though, but would bring an air mattress.

Short trip

We moved our daughter down to UWF over the weekend and it was great location for us to get a few hours in on the beach while moving her. We will be staying again over the next few years for weekend trips.

Not what we imagined

We were very disappointed with this townhome. Upon arriving, the code given to us did not work. We had to call and wait at least 30 minutes before able to enter after 3 different codes. When we walked in, the townhome smelled like mildew. There was sand all over the floor which we understand is difficult to clean up. The coffee table in the living room was missing the glass, the pillows on the couch were brown and dirty. The outside table chairs were bungee corded together and falling apart to where you couldn’t even sit on them. The other chairs on the deck were also falling apart. The shower head sprayed water everywhere. Both couches in the living room were in rough shape. This home needs upgrades bad. We paid a total of $620 for two nights and that was not worth it for the condition of the home. We were not given any additional trash bags, we felt as if it was not a pleasant stay. It did not feel very clean. We found hair in both showers. And soap scum on the sinks. The location was perfect. The walk to the beach was great.

Amazing

I will definitely be coming back! We had a few minor hiccups, but overall it was amazing. The rooms were clean and well put together. Sound side right out the back door and gulf right out the front. The property management company was extremely helpful to all our needs and was the quickest response I’ve ever had. The only advice I have is if you live off internet TV like we do bring your own roku, Xbox, PlayStation, etc..to connect to it.

Property was not ready at checking time.

We arrived an hour early and were waiting for to checking at 4:00pm however the property was not ready housekeeping showed up after 4:20pm to clean the property.

Great location!

Loved this place, been to a lot of different places on pensacola and this was one of the best. Couple things could’ve been better, wasn’t sure if the dock in the backyard was accessible to all visitors. Dryer seemed to have a problem in the beginning of the trip so we had to manage, and the wifi has weak security. Other than that the place was great. Will recommend!

This property was out dated and need to be re done. Every thing was broken and did not work.

This property need to be gutted and redone. The air condition was out for 12 hours before it could repaired, there were no working lights/fans in the living room except for 1 small lamp. All the windows were without screens and they all were broken in the framework, none of they would stay open without propping them open. The outside lights were cracked, all light bulbs needed replaced. The out outside electrical outlets did not work. The dish washer did. It work . The outside railings were structural unsafe they were rotten.. The doors did not lock properly because the frames were rusted. The door to enter fromthe car posit was also rusted. The kitchen had limited supplies. No pot holders,no serving dishes/casserole dishes. There were only 4 butter knives and 3 different cups/glasses. The set of dishes had no (cereal)bowls . The upstairs bathroom shower did not work property. The entire place had a musty smell. I have pictures of all the above listed to show this unit is unacceptable to be rented to anyone., especially for the price you pay. The only quality it has is the location and view.

Great Price, Great Location

We usually stay near the end of island, closer to Ft. Pickens, but this deal was too good to pass up. Very convenient to gulf side (covered walkway through dunes and smaller public parking). Bayside was okay, but confusing whether or not docks were private or not. No beach directly out back on bayside...just small path through shrub. AC only went to 70° which made it tough for fatty as myself to sleep. All windows had no screens and would fall if opened. No outside deck lights worked. First world problems. For the price, however, we enjoyed the property.

Great from the outside.

So start with the positive great location. gfci kept popping down stairs, the breakers would keep tripping, The stove burners wouldn’t shut off, the oven would just get super hot and burned food, porch lights didn’t work, not enough dinner ware for 6 people, downstairs bathroom has mold and a water leak in vanity. the upstairs Lights in both bedrooms would not turn on the TV in the master bedroom didn’t work both showers randomly got ice cold, shower head in front bath sprayed out the sides causing a water leak downstairs kitchen. More than anything WIFI didn’t work the password was wrong couldn’t get ahold of anybody and the lady that came to bring us pillow cases told us to ask maintenance who came to fix the electrical issues with no tools didn’t know the password either. If you’re coming to stay just one night it’s a perfect place but to stay the week I would not recommend.

Over all a good stay

Over all it was a good stay. The Treehouse is in a great location. However it is dated. The air is a little warm and muggy upstairs, the drains in both both rooms drain slowly. There were no linens for the sleeper sofa. We were fortunate our girls brought their own pillows and blankets from the car ride, and we used their beach towels as sheets. Need new pillows as the old ones are stained. The carpet upstairs could use a good cleaning. It smells very musty, but drop ceilings and carpeting holds onto odor. Those really aren’t great in a humid environment like Florida. One of our Guests is an interior designer and would be open to helping for a trade. :-)

Ladies Getaway

The property is exactly as in the pics. The house itself is very clean and has everything needed. One room facing the bay has a king bed, and the second room facing the beach side (small window) has a full bed. There are two full baths upstairs with room and a half bathroom in the kitchen. Dining table sits 6 and would add that some wood chairs needs to be renewed before someone has an accident. The sofa sleeper is a king and that needs to be replaced. I wouldn’t recommend an adult sleeping in it or your back will suffer during stay. It would be nice to have towel hookups in the master bathroom. The beach umbrella and chairs, these ARE NOT in the property. I had to call twice! The first extreme rude lady with her smart attitude tells me that the chairs/umbrella are at the beach and available at a first come first serve. When I went to the beach I was going to be charged $10 an hour! The following morning I called again and this nice young lady by the name of Michelle who was new at work, was able to resolve the problem. The chairs/umbrella were reserved at the area I asked a gentleman who wanted to charge me. Michelle called and straighten it out. Also, one day both bathroom breakers went off and as soon as we called a person came in 15 minutes to fix it. Beautiful peaceful morning views at the bay, loved having my morning coffee.

Perfect Location!

The entire process was a dream to book this rental. The location was awesome as well. Beach access is directly across the street and made it so easy to run back to the condo to get extra snacks or drinks for the kids while we were at the beach.
