Ample seating in living area and dining area. Well appointed kitchen. Spacious balcony with dining table and additional seating. Tile floors throughout. Grill area on site. Property has 2 pools and boat access to Old River. Basketball goal, Tennis and Pickle Ball courts on property. Rents Sunday-Sunday in Summer. Walking distance to the Flora-Bama. Well decorated and perfect for a small group!

Spacious balcony! This unit was perfect for a group of friends for a beach weekend. Well stocked kitchen! If I could suggest anything I would ask to maybe add some shampoo for guests to use. We always bring our own so it was fine, but we were running low our last day. Just something nice to have. We loved being so close to FloraBama!

It was a perfect week. Nicely decorated condo with large kitchen and new, quality appliances. We loved the large capacity washer and dryer. Nice to keep up on laundry and go home without any dirty clothes. The balcony is large and so comfortable to sit and watch the waves come rolling in. We had a great time crab hunting every evening with my grandsons (ages 3 and 6). Condo is located close to shopping and entertainment. I hope to return to this lovely home away from home yearly.

Perfect beachfront condo on Perdido Key

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We had everything we needed in this condo with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area and well supplied kitchen. We loved how close we were to the pool and the beach! We used our balcony every day to catch a little sun or watch the stars in the night sky. Absolutely loved it!!

Beach getaway

My daughter, daughter in law, and I came down for the Mullet toss and stayed in this beautifully decorated condo on the beach. The host is very nice and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again!
