Get ready to relax in this 2-bedroom house in Perdido Key Florida. The bedrooms feature a nice king bed and a delightful queen bed, perfect for a short or less than short vacation or monthly getaway. This beautiful new (completed in May 2025) home sits peacefully on a dead end street and has a nice fenced yard for privacy. The location is perfect for those who want to be within 5-10 minutes of several public beaches and 2 state parks. There are grocery stores, restaurants, bars, boat and kayak launches, museums and more all within a 5-20 minute drive without the hustle and bustle of the big city and droves of tourists. There is plenty of parking in the driveway for 4 vehicles or drive down with your boat or in your RV and park it onsite. There are many restaurants and beaches that are accessible by boat along the calm protected waterway of the intracoastal waterway for cruising. If you like deep sea fishing, parasailing, dolphin cruises, or other activities, the options are endless.
