Everything and more!

We had a girls trip, and had so much fun. We played games around the table and ate way too much! Perfect location and wonderful accommodations. Plenty of space for the three of us, and everyone was comfortable.

Quick stay - worked for us.

The house is well maintained and comfortable. It was very convenient to get to the beach, downtown, and onto highways to head north. The owner is very responsive. The home was also very clean, which is very important to us.

Cute & Adoreable adult weekend getaway

The accomidations were vintage, clean and very comfortable. The location was good, we enjoyed the Brother Fox Resturant and Sister Hen Speakeasy just across the street. Pensacola is a wonderful get away location with loads of history and great food! Thank You Cathy for your hospitality and attention to detail!

Blue's Theme Getaway

Excellent location equipped with all the items needed for stay and nice back yard area to relax. Close to downtown and short drive over bridge to Pensacola Beach. Host friendly and helpful. We enjoyed location with fun and lively decorations.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this cute little property! The decor was awesome, the home was perfectly comfortable, the bed slept well, and the check in and out processes were super easy! The property owner was so accommodating and super responsive to any questions I had. I would highly recommend and will stay there again if I am in that area again!

Funky and comfortable!

We had a blast staying here. The listing was accurately described as”boho,” and was filled with personal touches of southern hospitality and personality. The neighborhood appears to be in transition with original cottages being updated and modernized everywhere. The only problem we had was with the street parking being a little limited, but we juggled things around and made it work. We’d definitely book this again.

Delightful Gem

Cozy bungalow, tastefully and artistically decorated, super clean and convenient to great dining & shops. Apparently, Brother Fox is the hottest new restaurant in town and it’s directly across the street. How awesome, after 8 hours on the road, to walk 2 minutes for a fabulous dinner then return ‘home’ to enjoy a night cap on the front porch. We loved this place! The host/owner is great too!

Incredible Pensacola Home

I rented this home for my daughter to get dressed for her wedding which was at the Garden Center on 9th Avenue due to close proximity to wedding venue and couldn't have been more pleased with this charming, historic and extremely clean home. The host was so helpful, check in and out was easy. The amenities were over and beyond expectation. The area was charming and felt safe and so convenient to downtown area. Definitely will reuse this property and have recommended it for the Maid of Honor for her wedding in February.
