The space
This vibrant, cozy home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—two rooms with queen beds and a fun kids’ room with a twin bunk over a desk, plus a comfy chair that converts to a twin bed. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with complimentary coffee, snacks, and dog treats. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer on site for any laundry needs during your stay.
The living room is perfect for game nights, with board games, a lift-top coffee table for easy access, and two comfy couches. You'll also find a dart board in the garage and a basketball goal with balls for outdoor fun.
Step outside into a spacious half-acre fenced yard with a 10x10 gazebo featuring mosquito netting, solar lights, and privacy curtains. Relax in the patio seating, enjoy the charcoal grill, roast some smores over a fire in the outdoor fire pit with wood provided, or kick back under the covered area with Adirondack chairs.
There’s plenty of parking—a garage space, a long driveway, and grassy areas perfect for multiple vehicles, a boat, or outdoor gear. You're just 2.5 miles from a launching pad at Navy Point, and close to Pensacola Beach, Perdido Beach, downtown, and NAS, home of the Blue Angels—who often fly overhead during practice!

Welcoming accommodating hostess. Danielle is the perfect hostess for a rental home as any questions we had, she perfectly accommodated. Home amenities were well-thought through as well. Everything we needed was there and was easy to find—although if you depends on an iron, better to bring your own. The one at the house is a travel version and difficult to use. Price point was the reason I booked. Typically i don’t book anywhere that allows dogs because of residual evidence of pets from other guests and I have a strong aversion to indoor animals. I took a chance on this home and was pleasantly surprised as I didn’t notice any dog odors and only very minimal hair evidenc from previous dog guests. Although I’m not a dog person, the house is perfect for a pet—fenced in yards and doggie door into the garage even, We brought kids… Thankful for a great time—
