  • W0700: This NEWLY renovated condo has all NEW furnishings and features a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. Located on the seventh floor with easy elevator access, this unit features a new, one level quartz counter top in the kitchen for that perfect view while cooking and custom cabinets. Fresh paint and flooring throughout the condo. The living room has a new SMART TV and a DVD player. The master bedroom has a private bath with a beautiful soaking tub and a tiled walk in shower and also has a SMART TV. Both the living room and the master bedroom have access to the gorgeous views on the patio. The guest bathroom features a tiled walk in shower, new countertops and sink. There is a full sized washer and dryer in unit. This property has Cox Cable and free WIFI. Come check out the beautiful newly remodeled unit!

Amazing stay!

Couldn’t ask for a better location! The property was clean and check in was super easy. We arrived early and the front desk gave us access to the beach / pool so we could get our day started while we waited on our room to be cleaned.

We absolutely loved our stay! Property was clean, workers friendly and quick to respond and the access bands were awesome. Parking garage was very nice to have, the pool was great and the beach service guys were excellent (thanks Sandrew). Close to everything but didn’t have a ton of other property’s right on top of it. We will be coming back!

Comfy condo!

We loved the clean modern furnishings and luxurious tub. The ice maker was a nice surprise! The property amenities were convenient and the beach was uncrowded. Family friendly for sure. We enjoyed the balcony views as well.

Loved the pool and beach. Unit was nice but problems with electrical switches Our row of rooms only ones had to deal with painter’s just ruined the atmosphere a little bit. Other than that really enjoyed our stay

Needs Update

W700 is in need of an update! It obviously has not been remodeled in a long time. It is missing furniture (stools at the counter) and a kitchen table would be nice. I would not rent this condo again. I love the Eden but not this particular unit.
