Come relax at our Gulf front beach home. Amazing views of the sunset and sunrise can be seen on anyone of the 3 private Gulf front balconies. Nothing more rejuvenating than reclining in white sand with an ice cold drink and Emerald Gulf Waters crashing over your toes. Dolphins can be seen playing in the distance as sail boats glide by. This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath getaway has a king Master Suite with full private bath and Gulf front walkout balcony, 2nd Bedroom has a king bed with walkout balcony, 3rd Bedroom has 2-Twin beds decorated in nautical theme, with Flat screen TV's in each bedroom.

Entertain in the large open living room and enjoy the large fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Beautiful tiled floors thoughout the main living area, queen sofa sleeper. Linens, washer/ dryer, carport, wireless, cable, patio chairs , picnic table and umbrella. Covered carport parking area.

Up to two dogs under 45 pounds with prior approval required. Pet cleaning fee $200 per dog

Complimentary kayak/paddleboard, 2-adult bikes (upon request, $500 refundable deposit required).

Located perfectly on the beach for lazy days, with great views of the beach. It has comfortable beds, great showers, an oversized outside deck, and plenty of room for the family dog. Conveniently located near great local restaurants and shopping.

Property is wonderful and clean. It's a must stay. Property has all of the amenities for a relaxing stay on the beach. Property is clean and well stocked with beach chairs, padel boards, towels and anything else you need. Highly recommend this location.

Close to beach!

Walking distance up and over the dunes to the beach. Can't beat that! Not much walking distance besides the beach, which was fine for us. All other pieces will be a drive.

Even Better than Expected

This was a perfect stay I will definitely be revisiting in the future. Where most listings post pictures giving missleading impressions on room sizes, I was pleasantly surprised at how much bigger the downstairs living room and kitchen area actually are when compared to the images posted. I fully expected a basic condo type space but it really is a much bigger space than you expect. Perfect location with minimal beach traffic due to its residential location with no big hotels nearby. Very close to the pier and bay with restaurants and groceries easily accessible as well. Very quiet and clean with plenty of amenities such as board games, DVDs, Roku, and paddle board that make this a perfect choice for a family vacation.

Charming town house with amazing views

We arrived late in the evening and had no issues checking into the unit. The town house is beautifully decorated in a beach theme, beautiful dishes and tommy hillfiger towels. There is TV in all the bedrooms and the living room. This a great dog friendly location with plenty of places to walk the pups and dog friendly neighbors. The master shower is wonderful and plenty of room for 6 people to stay comfortably. We had one small issue and the property managers were on it immediately and resolved it personally. There was no one booked after us so they offered us an extra day or a late check out at no extra cost. Excellent customer service, we would absolutely stay here again!

Great place. Had everything needed to grill fish boil crab legs kitchen had it all. Comfortable beds, outdoor furniture and living room furniture. The closet for beach items was full tubes, chairs, toys and umbrellas!

Expected Good, Got Great!!!

We were so pleasantly surprised with our stay here!! We had initially booked a place on Amelia Island during fall break. Hurricane Ian had other ideas and our rental was evacuated. Since we all had taken time off from work we decided to scramble and see what we could find where Ian wasnt an issue. Being that we were bringing our dog, rentals on the beach that accept dogs are far and few between...especially when you want to rent the next week. We found this unit and we grabbed it. It looked nice from the photos, but pics can be deceiving. I walked in holding my breath not sure what we'd find and was greated by the awesome full wall of windows looking out onto the emerald coast. All my fears disappeared. The unit was clean and very spacious. The view from both balconies was fantastic. The short walk across the dune to the water was perfect for the times we "forgot" something or wanted a bathroom break. We spent all our time on the beach. It was so nice to have some chairs and an umbrella provided. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only issue was the coffee maker was broken the first morning...but we called and they brought a brand new one within 15-20 mins! We were still able to enjoy our morning coffee on the deck and watch the dolphins. We loved the location. Navarre is smaller therefore more quiet (and for us more relaxing) than Destin or Ft Walton. Our only complaint would be the wooden walkway going over the dunes to the beach. It was very weathered and falling apart in some spots. We just made sure to wear our beach shoes. I believe the maintenance of this walkway is the association's responsibility, so not a negative reflection on this unit. But the owners may want to check with the association about getting it fixed. We had 2 guests get cut on it until they wore shoes after that. We definitely will be back to this unit!! Thank thank for your beautiful place!

Perfection

When we got into the property we were greeted with a incredible view. Everything we needed was in the house and more than enough room for our family. The beach was extremely private. And with the exception of some algae in the ocean , the trip could not have been better. Thank you to the property owner that was in contact the whole time. And after when we forgot an item behind. Five stars all the way across.
